So for me it checks for updates, then gives me the logging in prompt, then getting authorization, and then nothing. No crash report and nothing dcs running. Also ran clean up and repair and it didn't help.
After the most recent update when I try to launch the open beta I get checking for updates, logging in, getting authorization, and then nothing. Check task manager no dcs showing. Ran cleanup and repair to no avail. Any ideas?
Aviodev standing in stark contrast with another developer of a trainer. It took a long time (not a complaint) and you manage to deliver without burning up the community good will. I hope this stands as a lesson to other developers on how do things. Good work and thank you.
Holy crap. I really hate this community. Not all of you... But a lot of you really suck. Cobra, I didn't preorder not because I don't trust you or heatblur but because I fundamentally disagree with preorders and I can afford to pay you without the discount. You guys keep doing your thing. The quality of the viggen speaks for itself and I'm sure the Tomcat will as well.
Would it be awesome? Hell yea I'd love to see it. But a B-52 has 8 engines and devs have stated DCS can only support 2. I'm betting they could make 4 engines work and possibly do a B-1 but I haven't seen ED express any interest in taking on such a module. Well heres hoping...
I really enjoy both of these modules and don't seem to have the same issue you're experiencing. They are less stable but not to the degree I find it to be a problem. My only complaint is that AI aircraft use a different flight model and poor tactics. Either constantly turning or doing loops, not stalling when tlhey should etc. For that reason I either use it multiplayer or put it up against dissimilar aircraft. For example I'll make a mission where a third world contry uses them to attack US A-10s for violating there sovereignty and striking a terrorist camp without permission. Anyway if you get to the point where you can enjoy them check out the museum relic campaign.
