Also last time I tried INS bombing the bombs still release as soon as you press the weapons release, so I just do the standard CCRP instead.

Unfortunately that's the status quo for DCS. The Tomcat was promised in 2017 barring an apocalypse... Also there are a lot of people who are extremely toxic towards Razbam. There are some legitimate criticisms, but we need to address them constructively. If you just yell at or insult the dev they're going to get defensive and not care about what you have to say. So when you said "most horrible buisness model in history" over a delay which is actually a good thing everyone who is sick of listening to people whine about Razbam just sighed and said oh great here we go again...

I think the Mirage is in a pretty good state. The only thing I've noticed not working is the INS bombing. I don't know if I'm insane or got an update no one else did but the CCRP bombing without INS works fine for me.

I agree, I find that era more interesting to fly anyway. Unfortunately Gen4 Blurfor seems to be the most profitable for ED so that's what were going to get regardless of available Redfor.

We can consider anything other than the original model or original export model impossible. And in all likelihood those probably are too, but just maybe not... Edit: Also I made this topic here and not in the wishlist because the point is to talk about feasibility not I want X aircraft.

Also the manufacturer can just say no regardless of system classification just because they don't want their aircraft in a game. I know car manufacturers pretty much don't license there models to games that show damage because of they don't want people to see a Ford or BMW crash and exploded and think "that could be me if I drove one of those!" Maybe some aircraft manufacturers think the same way about their aircraft getting shot down by a mig?

I'm sorry but this is just funny to me. If they released it with bugs people would scream. If they delay it people scream. I can't believe anyone develops for this toxic community. She's definitely a handful. Spins, stalls, flameouts, I love it. She demands you fly her well and it so rewarding to shoot down someone flying a fourth gen jet who doesn't apply the basics.

So this isn't a "wish" or asking if one will ever be made, but I'm curious if an A model or early export B model might be possible with the full clickable cockpit? I understand the political factors at play and I'm sure there will be a lot of opinions but I'm hoping to hear from someone with ED if its a "definitely no" or a "maybe". I think I've read somethings that make it sound a little ambiguous.

This will be the initial offering of the C-101 to steam. If it's done during a sale all the people who would buy it would get it now and Aviodev would be out of significant profits. This way breaks ot up into the groups who are willing to pay full price and thise who aren't maximizing profits. That may not sound nice to the consumer but it's what it takes for buisnesses on raxor thin margins to survive. Especially when you consider steam takes a steep cut. Another sale will come around, you'll just have to wait a few months.

Exactly! I don't know many people who use it that way though. I'm guilty of using the radar to search when I was playing in a server with no AWACS or GCI. And sadly you right. Guess I'll have to make a mad dash to take out that E-2 first! You know they're going to leave it unprotected....

The grohms certainly pack a punch. Between those and the ccip rockets its a surprisingly competent mud mover. I haven't tried to wild weasel with it yet though!

I've been having a lot of fun with this old girl hunting Bugs in the Persian Gulf. She is definitely a credible threat against modern planes if you run with your radar off and use GCI or AWACS to sneak up behind them. Most of the people flying the Hornet don't seem to think to use all their resources and rely to much on that powerful radar of theirs.

Helicopters cause and experience wake turbulence pretty much the same as fixed wing. Hopefully they will apply it to them as well.

I'd be interested to see it as a civil helicopter but the Army pilots I know who fly it hate. It's underpowered and under performs for what the Army uses it for and how they equip it. They also have problems with the avionics over heating and shutting off in desert environments and its unarmed. On the other hand it would be great for civilian EMS, police, VIP, or oil rig missions.

I'd like one but ED has said no many times.
