Just based on a quick search: The tracers also serve to blow up the rounds at a certain distance, so they don’t fall back to Earth and hit something or someone. Also, the enemy probably has a good idea of where the AAA is at that point anyway. Someone knowledgeable on this subject that can confirm or deny?

The response to the question about VR controllers was disappointing. Does anyone actually care about using them to replace a HOTAS? I want to use them for cockpit interaction.

I've been using Club3D DP to HDMI adapters for monitor hook ups. So far, so good. They don't have to be "active", your card will take care of that. But pay attention to the version numbers: DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 at the least. I think you can now get DP 1.4 -> HDMI 2.0a. Curious, what model is the Sony? From its viewpoint, the DP on the card should be just like any other HDMI source.

I thought the touch and wand controllers didn't work in DCS. So why have a "virtual hand" at all?

The lack of friction on the throttle is easily solved with a screwdriver and some velcro.
