Hi Currenthill! Are you planning to make Russian infantry soon? There is a lack of proper infantry on the red side ^^ -
For the science, I have fire a Ka-50 at 15km... Require : Max speed velocity (270/280 km/h) at 4000m alt mini. Doesn't not work all the time at 15km, but no problem to hit a target at 13 km.

I have try your astuce : It work pretty well.. But if you add lot of wind (to make waves), the Tor fall under the bridge. I have tested on other ship of DCS, The Tor stay on the bridge. So I imagine if we try to land on this ship with waves, same thing can happen to an helicopter. I will try -

Oh, I think that makes sense, you just finished building the US infantry, and US & Russian infantry are the most common infantry for red/blue coalitions ^^ You have a pretty Russian soldier in your "Tigr", that gives us hope to see his little comrades soon! -

We are so blessed to have you Currenthill, your mods are truly amazing quality, ED hasn't offered you a job yet? I just tried the American infantry, it works really well!!! All that's missing is the Russian infantry, and with the American infantry, we will have the 2 main "blue/red" infantry!! I've been waiting to have versatile infantry with ATGM, AT, sniper, etc for so long... Your work is incredible! PS Thanks to for Grigorovich class. Such a amazing model! I make a donation!! -

Haha ^^ We can actually "fix" static model on a ship without "no mods" (with "link unit" option), but it doesn't work with "units" ^^ For one Mission, I have make a drill ship (no mods) by fixing a derrick on the "helipad" of an Handy Wind, and it work pretty well! But sadly, it does'nt work with units. It's a shame because if it work, we can put Manpads, troopers, zu-23, or even an SA-15 on the ships, without mods ^^ (Or ZU-23 on wagon train, for example) I must try to fix static model of an SA-15 on a Vasily Bykov ship (relative to the ship) and try to "activate" it with trigger (but I don't think it will work!) -

Amazing Job! Thanks a lot for this wonderfull Project 22160! We are not far from reconstituting the entire modern Russian fleet! There are already mods to add Sovremeniy (Admiral189), Udaloï and Ropucha class ships, and with your ships, we're really starting start to replenish the whole fleet! Hello Currenthill, I love your work! I would like to suggest an idea to you : One of the things DCS lacks is urban combat. I would love to see one day a modder create models of destructible civilian buildings resembling those that can be found in Syria, in Sinai, which could fire with various types of weapons: Snipers, ATGM, machine gun, RPG or Manpad, to simulate (for example) a building filled with troops at the windows. It would be ideal for simulating ambushes, creating urban defense lines, and would be even more discreet than placing an RPG on the top of a building. ED of course has very old models of "house armed", but these are particularly ugly, not very varied, and do not correspond to the more recent models of the maps of Syria & Sinai, not to mention that it only includes weapons of small quality. It would be great add if a modder brought this kind of building up to date! -

Hi. I try to use ADF with SRS to localisate other pilot when they speak on the frequence, but it seem it doesn't work with SRS. Is there a way to use ADF with SRS ?

I think it will be very cool, but very difficult to make, because they must be static when they are in fire mode (red alert), and movable when they are in green alert. And it will have time to make an animation for placing in fire mode... There is a fully KA-52 mod witch is in preparation since 1 year : But it is not ready yet -
You can land next to the Mi-28 ^^

1- You observ the ennemy at distance. Look for the manpad. 2- You make an approch at low altitude near the relief 3- Guns the manpad using the relief for protection. You can easly kill the two manpad. Other option : You make lofting shoot at 4-5 km. It can deal with manpad easly if you have enought precision.

Hi Currenthill I love all your awesome mods ! You make such a good job! I'd like to suggest a mod idea that I'd love to see that might be really easy to do... In the game, there are currently a few old "armed house" models. (a bunker and a armed house). The models are also very old and ugly, and do not offer a variety of armaments (only automatic rifles)... What DCS lacks is more advanced armed buildings, with for example, buildings with several machine gunners at the windows, or snipers, RPGs, mortars or ATGMs or Manpads in building who look like the ones on DCS.. . The objective is to be able to create urban guerrilla missions with armed buildings that cannot be distinguished from another building in the game, and which can be integrated into cities, and with various armaments, light, heavy, anti tanks, anti-aircraft, anti-personnel... These kind of buildings would be perfect for carrying out urban warfare missions. We can of course put units "on the roofs", but they are then identifiable from afar. Need more armed house with more type of soliders inside ! As you have already made lots of units that I found really incredible for our gaming experience, I thought I could "suggest" this idea ^^ -

There's a real subject with the Kamov's laser. It's as if there was a counter which, after a certain number of lases, automatically burns it out. You can be careful not to make lasers permanently and perfectly systematically respect the cooling countdown, the laser will end up systematically burning past in the vicinity of the 24 Vikhrs fired. Which imposes as a constraint to make a repair every 2 supplies (You can even go to do it for all the supplies if you want to be quiet) so as not to be indisposed in the middle of a mission. It's a shame.

I agree too... Why ED always fix "good bug", but never fix "bad bug" ? I love this "colored" Shkval ! Must use a mod to keep this bug now...
