Hey hannibal, first I am unsure of what you are posting there. The only line I had to change for the field FoV modification was in \Config\View\View.lua and that was ..... CameraViewAngleLimits[PlaneIndex.iKA_50] = {20.0, 120.0} changed to... CameraViewAngleLimits[PlaneIndex.iKA_50] = {170.0, 170.0} It is set that way because I don't use zoom in or out, I just want a quick button press on game start to get my current favorite FoV. I have had up to 250 I think but it gets kinda funky on the peripherals as that res'. Anyway to your questions, I don't know exactly what causes it but I do know what induces it or seems to at any rate. If it is the same thing I get then I can tell you it is something to do with a 180 FoV, mine doesn't like that number at all. Chunks right up, sometimes it was a full seizure and other times I was able to sail straight through it.

Heheh general? I only don't like the looks (Oh and the pedal width), never have and never will. As for the rest well all I can say is a bought them over everything else after a lot of consideration and I must say I am very happy with the choice I made.

Super eye candy and great fun to race. San Fransisco in muscle cars is some serious LOL. Set trackir up properly and you get motion sickness just about, it's sweet. It also has demolition darby!!! It is real enough to be fun as hell to drive from first person position and fun enough to not worry about anything else other then racing. Didn't think much about the crappy multiplayer something (Been quite a while but I remember something sucked there). Think it was the GUI ... meh. Also the big negative.... Not much can be mod'ed therefor not much longevity in it. Track editor was restricted (Exclusive!!) to some handheld game device. So the tracks and the cars are pretty much all you got and like anything gets old real fast. Pitty, if this could have been mod'ed it think it would have really gone places.

That is normal and the price you pay for the Bezel Management to work. I was expecting this so it didn't bother me but I gather it has got you by surprise and now it is bugging the crap out of you. Hehe now yah stuffed aye :) Seriously tho mate all I can suggest is that you not worry about it. To me the price that is payed is well worth it to have all the bits line up and to be honest I do not notice those black lines at each end at all. I do notice when I forget to turn it on tho.

Hiya SilentSting, I suppose I have posted here long enough to be able to welcome someone to the board :) Anyway to me it's a bit of an odd question. For example I would expect the head to tilt IF I did not have trackir. But with Trackir I would expect it to only move where I wanted it to.. that's why I have trackir. I would only expect G forces to make any effect to the view. The short answer is I don't know how to do that :)

Hmmm unless I am missing something here then I would have to disagree and say it would have no problems with a 600w psu. The reason for my statement is at the moment I am running a ... Antect p180 case with 4 case vent and blow fans of various sizes + the psu fan. E6850 3ghz core 2 duo. 4gig of pc800 DDR2 ram. p35-ds4 MB, lan, laser mouse etc etc yadah yadah etc. 500g WD HDD 2 x DVD burners 3 CH controllers TrackIR Matrox TH2Gd Some DVD staker thing :D and a GTX 260oc that replaced my 8800GT.. according to the web stats my gtx260 can suck up to 182w where the 8800gt only does 110w. Consider that I run at 4320x900 and I would expect I am makeing the 260 work reasonably hard. All of the above is being powered by a 550w Antec Earthwatts PSU My mate has the exact same system as mine except he still has the 8800gt in his but also a scsi controller a 2-4 more drives tho uncertain what is in right at this moment. We have no problems what so ever. Rock stable setups in fact.

I'm running a E6850 3.00ghz Core 2 Duo, 4gig ddr2 pc800 ram and a gigabyte GTX260 oc. I can't vouch for you video card but the rest should have no problems at all. I had an 8800gt and played at 1920x1200 with a lot of stuff turned down then got the GTX 260 and saw very significant improvements. Now I got the th2g on it and I am pretty happy with it:thumbup: I tend to think you are asking way to much of the 8800gts tho. Maybe try knocking the resolution down coupled with any mad AA and AF settings you may have getting toned down some.
