I wanna say it again: "if someday there were an F/A-18F(Block 1) to develop, I would be extremely happy." As a Tomcat/US Navy fan, F/A-18F(not Echo) should be the one of "must to fly" aircraft for me.

AI Wingmen are Useless...
Sonoda Umi replied to DetroiTechno's topic in Aircraft AI Bugs (Non-Combined Arms)
I'm not flying warbirds but only USN jets. I can say that AI wingmen are de-facto useless whether warbirds or not. THB, AI wingmen should be overhauling remade. AI wingmen are supposed to build as RTS-like tactical control to enhance gameplay and make them useful. -
With the new burble effect, the Case 1 Landing is much harder than before...

It was a misunderstanding, my apology. Thanks for clarification. -
Heatblur - please do this Aircraft

Sorry for breaking your enjoyment For Tornado, the ED side asked the Manufacturer for License Purchasing earlier, but unfortunately, they denied. Although you guys are willing to fly Tornado in DCS, it's very unlikely to happen. -
Carrier captain turning the carrier into the wind on takeoff/landing
Sonoda Umi replied to Ducksen's topic in Wish List
Sorry for my unclear expression. I meant that escorts needn't keep so close to the Carrier, but they should follow her if she gose too far. -
Carrier captain turning the carrier into the wind on takeoff/landing
Sonoda Umi replied to Ducksen's topic in Wish List
Although they have distances, the Carrier cannot go too far away from escorts. That is to say, escorts need follow the Carrier even though they not always keep simultaneous formation. -

resolved 2.7.0.4625 Open Beta crash at second mission load
Sonoda Umi replied to XPACT's topic in Game Crash
current problem is that developers and even closed beta testers can't recreate these from 14th April + 1 This is the real point which makes we still stall on multiple crashes. -
AI instantly reacts to ARH missile launch
Sonoda Umi replied to Arctic Fox's topic in Aircraft AI Bugs (Non-Combined Arms)
it is the most important problem to be solved + max It should be the most important reason why I am not willing to take BVR/long-range A2A engagements. It makes me spend most of my time on BFM Gun Only games. Sad. -
resolved 2.7.0.4625 Open Beta crash at second mission load
Sonoda Umi replied to XPACT's topic in Game Crash
The same thing happend for me, just now. THB, I haven't played DCS smoothly those days due to undetectable crashes. ------------------------My current situation still no change------------------------ First run DCS, the second mission loading, CTD Run DCS again following the first run crash, the second mission loading, OK. -
Heatblur Update - Supersize Me & Public Roadmap
Sonoda Umi replied to Cobra847's topic in Heatblur Simulations
Off topic: I saw "DCS Next-Generation Jet" on your roadmap. I would be extremely happy if you decided to develop DCS F/A-18F Rhino(Block 1) some day! -
resolved 2.7.0.4625 Open Beta crash at second mission load
Sonoda Umi replied to XPACT's topic in Game Crash
I'm sorry to say that it cannot solve the problem completely. After deleted options.lua, my Current situation is that DCS will crash at the second mission loading when I run DCS at first time, and it won't crash at the second mission loading when I run DCS again. -
AI instantly reacts to ARH missile launch
Sonoda Umi replied to Arctic Fox's topic in Aircraft AI Bugs (Non-Combined Arms)
I have to say that this issue exists for years. Every time, you can see that the AI takes evading maneuvers immediately as soon as FOX 3 missile launches. The AI dodges Active Radar Missile instantly, and it ignores distance even through RWR not go active. The outcome is that you can hardly hit AI at a long-range attack but the AI will hit you easily. -

resolved 2.7.0.4625 Open Beta crash at second mission load
Sonoda Umi replied to XPACT's topic in Game Crash
I deleted the "options.lua", and it worked. Thanks for answer. -
See the picture below. Please note "blurred" effects in mirrors like “Pixel Art” . My question is what I should do to fix this? Or it's a new bug in 2.7.0?

So, those files "inputs, inputuserprofiles, snapviews and options.lua" can be saved but ohters should be deleted? -
Carrier captain turning the carrier into the wind on takeoff/landing
Sonoda Umi replied to Ducksen's topic in Wish List
Plus, Aircraft Carrier as the centre of the strike group, when she changes course or speed, the AI Escort ships should keep up the formation. Escort ships have to manoeuvre simultaneously.
