Hey Scotch, Thanks for the info, I’ll give that a go. I don’t know how long I looked around trying to figure it out. The skin is fictional. Pattern (loosely) based on late US variants. Edit: I mean the colour pattern on US, but for a late fictional version of a RAAF 6 Sqn A-4.

Finally got around to giving this beauty a go. The guys that developed this have done an outstanding job. It's probably the most fun to fly so far. If you havent already got just get it. I'd be a great start to jets as well. I thought I'd get around to giving her some loving with a new skin.. WIP at the moment but I'll post them up when I refine them. (still need to do thinks like fuel tanks, tail hook etc) Also can someone tell me how to turn the Radar Altimerter on after take-off. (It's on when I air start but not from runway) Thanks.

:thumbup: got it. I’ve done some others like that, AV-8 etc. I totally agree, that would make it more low viz. Sadly it takes away the colour, but I guess that is the point. I’ll paint one up & post up some pics. :)

WOW, Strut I never put two & two together. I just realised you did the AUS version of the A-10C for the game. I love that pattern. Part of what inspired me to start doing my own. I was originally put off by the fact that there were 10 files, but after seeing yours, I said bugger it, I’ll give it a go. Thanks mate.:thumbup:

Just tried FOLLOW. As lunatic said it’s probably your best choice. You can use whatever A/C you like (as long as they can all do the same speed) The Big formation is great as it spaces the aircraft for you in a nice box formation and you can change it as you like. The follow formation you have to think a bit more where you want each aircraft. Using the Advance waypoint options GROUP - select the aircraft you want to follow POSITION - Distance - how far behind (150 feet) Elevation - same height, higher, lower? (Minus = lower plus = higher) Interval - how far left or right (minus = left plus = right) Be careful putting aircraft directly behind one another as when they start off they sometimes speed up slow down etc & can run into each other. You’ve probably got all this worked out anyway I thought I’d just spell it out for anyone new having a look. :)

Nup, just tried, won’t allow fighters Think it’ll only take ground attack. Works with the a-10 though. I think follow might be your best bet

Would the big bomber formation command not work? I haven’t used it for a while but will it allow fighters etc. Then you could set whatever distance you like + staggered heights etc.
