I forget the exact terminology but in Process Lasso there is a way to disable cores you might have mistakenly done that.

well I did a single player mission in Caucus and it did the same thing. Once I switch to the front seat the Apache takes off and I am unable to land from the front seat. the message from dcs is there is water underneath.. LastMissionTrack.trk

I Will try and do that.. I will see if it records the track file as well. hopefully it will.

Hello, do you use any mods for the game?? Try disabling them and run clean and slow repair.. the thing I found to do once you are at 10' and in H-B Mode move forward a little bit and george usually lands when it goes forward.. to speed up the landing process.. but he will eventually land the Apache..

Hey could you please post your DCS.Log file in saved games.. also you should mention that your trk file requires the Chinook.. I dont have that module so I am unable to check your trk file thnx..

OK, I added the trk file and once I go into the gunner spot the apache takes off and remains at a hover of 10 feet and will not go down, I get the message "water beneath"

Hey Guys, I ran into what appears to be a bug of some kind. I was flying a mission in PG/Foothold and was on the deck of the Tarawa. now the thing that seemed broke was the helicopter took off upon going in the gunners seat and I was unable to set the Apache on the deck it would stay at 10feet above the deck and the message kept saying water underneath unable to land even tho I was directly over the carrier.. Now I am able to land on the Farps and airfields it just did not go back on the deck on the Tarawa and took off automatically even tho I did not initiate the takeoff.. This was with me in the CPG seat and getting George to fly. I will post my log file if it might help. but this was not a good thing as I wanted to change my loadout and I was unable to do so. Even when I came back after the mission was over the same thing happened. I did not save the track file but I can get one if needed. hopefully this can be rectified.. EDIT: It appears the recording of trk files is broke while on the tarawa.. you will notice while watching the trk file it appears I am over a farp which I am not.. so what do we do now? dcs.log Foothold_Persian_Gulf_Modded-20240813-135538.trk

Ya, well whatever it was the log stated it should not happen on a end users PC. maybe DCS is broke. maybe try a clean slow repair or a total reinstall?? I tried that benchmark and it ran horribly..

I did but it did not click that you reinstalled.. well then it has to be a faulty LAN Port/cable or card.. have you tried to ping the servers or run a trace route?

did you try a clean and slow repair of DCS or a total uninstall reinstall??

well then try to Flush the DNS servers.. usually if the servers do not show up it is a game update on users end.. you sure you have interent 100% and it is not limited?

did you take them out of the start position if a cold start?? you need to use the keyboard but I guess it could be mapped the the HOTAS?

what did you end up setting it at? EDIT: I seen a post and they poster stated to set the M-Range @500. which seemed to have worked.. I will have to check the manual to see how to set the Auto range up.. would that work better Auto Range??

in the VR Options in DCS do you have VR enabled??

Hey guys, I was reading another thread and it was mentioned to get 2 drives one for Windowsd and a 2nd for Games and such. Well I bought a M.2 500GB and put windows on it and I have a 2nd M.2 drive I have my games on. Now my question is where should I put my Pagefile and should I move the saved games folder to my games drive?? I know they say you should put the pagefile on the fastest drive and that would be my games drive but there is games on it would that not interfere with the speed of the pagefile?? And if I have the poagefile on the fastest drive should I move my saved games to my fastest drive as well or dont that matter where it is.. it just seems like data flow will be jammed up no matter what I do. or should I just get another m.2 drive for the saved games folder and pagefile??

Are you talking about the BK LFE ones?? also for guys who do not race what is a lada and who is silverstone?? EDIT: Well I seen what a Lada is I am guessing siverstone is a track or similar??
