well the best thing to suggest isto know what Hz rate you run at and keep the GPU Frametimes under your reccomended milliseconds.. so if you run at 90hz your frametime should be under 11.1ms.. if it goes over that you get stutter.. Usually the resolution you set it at has a big factor to keeping the FT down.. that and some settingis n DCS like view distance and terrin textures and textures..

well doesnt logitech have their own software you could use, which game they dont have options to revers in the options menu?

well I am not sure but I think DCS only uses AVX a bit but no where near as demanding as the OCCT Stress test I am pretty sure I could get it too 53 on air.. would probally be the wall with water but maybe 5.4

well believe it or not doing an avx stress test it did not go over a steady 88-90c. it could maybe went a wee bit higher.. that was on 8 cores ht off I had just bought a JPein desk mount for my TEDAC Hopefully it works well with the tedac and I can get a single on ebay for my HOTAS.. thnx

yes that is what I figure too. I just wanted to get the CPU a bit more cooler and I was thinking AIO should help.. I did get it too 5.2ghz but about 1.5v. It worked fine but I was more worried about what voltage I should run 24/7 that is when I thought about water since it was a tad hot but not too bad.. I ran DCS for 2hours at 1.5v no issues.. I just think water will keep it cooler for me.. I wantto get it but I need tires for the car and I guess I need to do the adlut thing and get the tires lol!!

Hey LucShep, Thank you for the links but are those really good for an OC as high as I would like to goto with a 12700K?? I checked a vid out and the theramright did not perform to well full out I think my Air Cooler performed better?? hey all, I am looking to get a aio water cooler for my 12700k. now I was looking at th arctic freezer 3 but been hearing it does not cool well when the cpu heats up. now I was wondering if anyone here has 1st hand experience with any aio coolers and what would you reccomend.. reviews are welcome.. Well I see your Pagefile is rather small 4096.. The server you were trying to join had a VERY HIGH Ping 240+. maybe check the servers ping or check Intenret connection with speedtest.net.. try a traceroute as well Do you use any unofficial mods? well the stuff you asked not to mention is last of the bunch of things to try and alast resort. but I would say remove any unofficial mods and do a Clean, slow repair at the very least. also maybe clean up your FXO, Metashaders folders contents..

did you enable VR in the VR section of the options maybe it got unchecked?

OK I did not remeber the HZ rate I had a Rift S and it worked rather well for me.. I do have another question Do you know what your Frametimes are during gaming? That is do you have a way to monitor FrameTimes? not the DCS Built in one that always just says 16.6ms

well 1st things 1st what Hz rate do you run with the RiftS..

you have to use the older version of inspector to get those features.. but it does not matter as this fix does nothing..

why does it say Unregistered version?? maybe that is part of the problem, did you sign in the program. I had a big screen with 3 Projectors and used nThusim then simpit one..

Yes I tried it again as I thought maybe I did it wrong the 1st time some while back and still do not see a difference?? I am unsure how these settings are supposed to change the view in the headset..

Hey Guys, I retried to do the Scenic Bench mission and I found out you need the F-18 and SuperCarrier which I have will report back. Well Last night when I tested it I did not have the SC installed and when I was looking at the Su-25's on the ground the FPS counter was flatlined.. I just installed the SC and when I was on the deck it was holding perfect FT's but the FPS were jumping all over the place.. Last night I had OC my RAM to 4600MT's and that is when looking at the Su-25's it seemed smooth but maybe the SC is inducing the bad FPS?? I have read about a fix for the SC anybody know what it is?

well not in Win 10, Win 11 is a little better at it but I stil had issues in win 11 with the DCS assigning ecores to pcores tasks.. This way I know for sure what core is doing what..

Well I am guessing with Process Lasso running and my PC Parts OC like they are I am getting all I am going to get out of my system. I had also reduced the amount of Processes running on Windows, I think I am down to like 85 from 135.. Other then trying to tweak DCS a bit more I am balls out with my gear.. I had bought some faster ram and probally gonna try to OC that a bit more then the XMP PRofile as the RAM I have now is not a good OC Potential.. Maybe when the 5xxx series and intel 15th gen I may upgrade next year but proball not..

Yes saved games can get corrupt or just some mods acting wierd after DCS Updates.. I hope that is all it was.. What PC Parts you planning on getting? Well that could be a good idea to reinstall and if they are SSD or M.2 drives use secure erase or nvme erase, some BIOS's have them in BIOS so go in there and if you decide to reinstall that is the best way to wipe the drive clean to make sure nothing nefarius is lurking about.. Those errors with nomex glove I see in everybodys log files I think it is an error with DCS code or similar and I dont think we can fix those.. they popped up recently too if I remeber correctly.. I hope a total wipe will help you out.. I mean if you already did the repairs. I would try and run the game one more time with all mods wiped out and clean and repair the game.. I also saw your Pagefile is pretty small 4096.. Maybe try and increase that proveded you have the free space on your drive you are going to put it on too like 65536.. put the same number in start and end..

The PSU specs should be on the website of the company that made it. Yes the blackscreen could be either a TDR or just Crashed. Have you tried looking at the logs in Windows?
