  1. Can't wait :joystick::thumbup:
  2. Go with the Ryzen chip better investment. Later AMD chips will use the same socket design.
  3. You gentlemen seem like a lot of fun; hope you have a good time!
  4. Happy birthday Yo-Yo!!!!!!
  5. Other than the Mirage we don't have a lot of high fidelity 4th gen fighters so that's an unfair comparison especially for the average user the Mirage is at a disadvantage against 120's and ET's.
  6. Hopefully they'll have time to endeavor on the avionics challenge after their work with the Hornet is finished.
  7. Personally speaking I would not like to see any more FC3 modules. My hope is with the proliferation of DCS fidelity aircraft we'll start to see the FC3 aircraft phased out of the MP servers.
  8. That doesn't seem right.

    F5-e skins

    Here you go
  10. The feedback that we get from Heatblur is incredible. Bravo guys; great example to both first and third party
  11. Well here's the final build: CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($176.99 @ SuperBiiz) Motherboard: *MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($81.98 @ Newegg) Memory: *GeIL - EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($111.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Western Digital - Blue 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($89.99 @ Amazon) Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB D5 6G Video Card ($279.98 @ Newegg) Case: NZXT - S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: *EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($62.98 @ Newegg) Total: $853.90 Hope she serves me well. Replacing an i3, 8GB ram GTX 860M and 5400RPM HDD. So I'm really looking forward to this build. I'll toss some benchmarks up when she's built. Thanks for the suggestions!
  12. Amazing shots
  13. The thing is I'm using an Alienware Alpha so I can't use the existing case or PSU. My current HDD is rated at 5400 RPM so yeah it's getting binned. So DCS uses more than 3GB ram I'm assuming?
  14. Haha well said :lol::D
  15. Great now everyone can stop complaining. Thanks Razbam!
  16. Okay so I made some adjustments using a few suggestions here: CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($176.99 @ SuperBiiz) Motherboard: *MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($81.98 @ Newegg) Memory: *GeIL - EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($111.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.88 @ OutletPC) Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB Windforce OC Video Card ($224.98 @ Newegg) Case: Cooler Master - MasterBox 5 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($64.98 @ Newegg) Power Supply: *SeaSonic - G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($51.47 @ NCIX US) Total: $760.27 I'm not sure how much VRAM DCS utilizes (i.e. <3GB or >3GB) but it's really difficult finding a good video card within budget with this video card shortage.
  17. Okay guys I'm in need of a new build I have a $800.00 budget and with the exception of DOTA 2 I only play DCS World. I came up with the following: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: *Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($79.89 @ B&H) Motherboard: *Gigabyte - GA-B250M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($69.89 @ OutletPC) Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($124.88 @ OutletPC) Storage: ADATA - Ultimate SU800 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($136.69 @ Amazon) Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Dual Video Card ($289.98 @ Newegg) Case: Corsair - Carbide SPEC-04 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: *Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($34.99 @ Newegg) Total: $776.31 It's my understanding that DCS World only really utilizes two cores so I should be fine with the Pentium. I will only be running the game at 1080P so my aim is to run the game at high settings and still get good FPS (e.g. 60 preferably). Open to suggestions. Thanks in advance

    Radar Filter

    He's not suggesting that something is wrong he's asking what the doppler % stand for.
  19. So it's safe to assume that Razbaam can at the very least re-do the canopy rail.
  20. Thanks S!
  21. Then don't get shot down :D.
  22. So from looking at that it's best to pitch up 45 degrees before launch or am I reading it wrong?
  23. Have they ever addressed whether this is something that their looking at?
  24. You can always do your own cockpit reskin right? The cockpit as is is fine; these guys put a lot of work into it and I'm sure they have other pressing things to address.
  25. Okay guys I'm interested in purchasing but I have a quick question. Does the stick come with a base so I can have it on top of my desk or do I have to buy the desk mount?
