  1. There is thunderstorm set in that mission. Change it to rain and all will be good, if you use anti-ice system. I copy paste my own message from some months ago: In the middle of a thunderstorm, ice accretion can be so high that even anti-ice system is not able to cope with it, and that is what we also have coded. Unfortunately right now in DCS there is no option to set thunderstorms in a certain area, it is just thunderstorm on or off in the mission.
  2. I confirm, W key was already there and we added the axis.
  3. OK, I guess we'll have to join the arcade club :) Solved. In fact we had it already done for keyboard with W key. Check next update.
  4. Nice that you solved it using keyboard. Did you check inside DCS that throttle moves fully forward? You can do it in control options and using the controls indicator (RCtrl + Enter).
  5. Of course we can add it, but: You can't steer the C-101 bellow 40 kts without differential braking. It's definitely something arcade and would confuse some users, thinking they are doing something wrong or there's something buggy or missing. Even some users get confused now, so adding this feature would confuse people even more.
  6. It should work. Please, check this video that I've just recorded.

Thank you. You are right. Having realistic flight models and systems is fundamental in any simulation, whether if it's a combat, or rather military, environment or a civil one. That includes the possibility to use a realistically implemented TACAN, ILS or whatever navigation or radio system, as well as hydraulics, electrics, etc. The possibility to train basic or advanced flight maneuvers in a trainer with a realistic flight model is also essential.

  9. Fixed. Check next update.
  10. Will look at it. Txs. Un saludo.

    Thank you bkthunder :)
  12. Wow! If that's all issues you've seen it's a victory. Just kidding :) Fixed, txs. Typos can be very annoying :)
  13. It must be you doing something wrong. Be sure you click on the throttle to move it from stop to idle and vice-versa when requested during the mission. Also be sure you move correctly the throttle forward and backward when the missions tells you to do so. Check your throttle axis to see if it works properly.
  14. If that effect would exist would be negligible. What in fact exists is an adverse yaw dampening due to the yaw rotation, as the drag increases in the forward moving wing (this happens while there is some rotation around the longitudinal axis during banking). There are many, more or less, decent explanations in internet for adverse yaw. Or you can download some book about aerodynamics. I can recommend you some if you PM me.
  15. There is adverse yaw when applying aileron, you can see it in the displacement of the slip indicator ball. Since the C-101 has neutral lateral stability, once established in the desired bank angle, there is no need to apply aileron and therefore adverse yaw effect disappears.
  16. I told you above. This airplane is not compatible with NVG.
  17. Please use English in this section of the forum. There is a specific one for Spanish.
  18. Lighting and color of C-101 EB and CC cockpits are not compatible with NVG. A NVG compatible cockpit should be black with green lighting. Regarding flashlight issue, it is solved, you will see it included in a following update, not next one since it's too late to include it there. Thanks for your report. ¡Un saludo!
  19. I guess you mean that even though the reticle pattern is fixed showing the "widest" one in A/G mode when using rockets, and the "narrowest" when using guns, the sight line changes in auto mode when changing range. We still have to make some improvements in sight.
  20. No tiene mucho sentido usar un GPS en un avión que ya dispone de su propio sistema de navegación mediante INS y GPS integrado.
  21. Did you take a look at the manual? Weapon systems are explained there, including the sight. In A/G auto mode the sight line is pre-set to 2000ft as detailed in the corresponding table. You have a couple of depression angle tables for rockets, and you have some more available in the kneeboard, which you can access once in the cockpit, or by opening the kneeboard folder from your browser.
  22. OK, will look at it.
  23. What do you mean exactly? If you mean buttons on the stick available for Oculus Touch or VR gloves, we need to investigate about it.
  24. Just some minor improvements, hard to see it. We are preparing a large update of both cockpits anyway, it will be ready in a few weeks.
