As you are looking at kneepads, could you implement some sort of sections? Like a section for airport charts, aircraft specfic, air charts, mission specific, user specofic. Also it may be worth seeing if you can use the updated airport charts that lotatc makes use of.

Looks a really interesting project, fly both av8 and f18, but what really interests me is the knee board side of things! And cajnce you could put together a video of full funcrionality, or do you have a limited time trial available?

Situations tested: SP Hot airborne black sea MP hot ground PG Problem: Once AP barohold is engaged, it doea not disengage by repressing the button, marker colons are removed but aircraft still behaves as it is engaged. Pressing the stick paddle to totaly disengages the ap allows return to normal opperation. I have to regular flying partners who have also reported simular behavour. Will create a track this evening if I am not beaten to it.

Stream deck, tou can setup a clustered command stack when you press a button with delays.

I use it with av8b but only as a button box, although with the macro effect I have set up a near one press start up

Off the top of my head deviation changes by .2° a year, remember normedy is set during ww2, 70 odd years ago

Its called throttle cutoff, default is rwin+t

I mapped it to the eng l toggle, but i am sure there is a dafault key binding

Afternoon home fries, suggested update for the harrier. Engine cut off switch could be assignes to idle location on the throttle axis, maybe set up so that in effectivly opens the gate for a second then recloses it, I have had to rebind one of rhe rogglea for this function as its not unsusal to accidently knock the throttle forward early in start up.

Bug fixes dont go luve until an open beta occurs, assumming the developer subits it to ed in time. Next ob should be tomorrow, so we will see what made it in amd what new broke then

Yeah static if i understand the logic, of ypu have qty of 7 it will only release 7, so if qty 7 mult 2 it will release 2-2-2-1 @ the selected interval.

Just a note on interval gents, remember you have to x10 the number you put in, so if you put 100 it will try and drop one every 1000m, and you have to keep pickle depressed. Interval appears to work correctly, and multiplier only really plays a part when you are doing interval. Otherwise if you want to drop 2, just put in gty 2 and it will carry out a symmetric drop.

My suggestion dcs main menu, select options, the special, the av8, then set pre allighned, then you will only have to flip to nav mode

Evening Home Fries.... just got the Gazelle, found a slight issue with using the Minigun, I have to use the M variant to switch toe the gunner position, then to L Profile so you can actually fire the gun.

You mention that if you increase the qty of mavs it will auto uncage the next missile, tested this and you have to re-uncage.

Just gone through it and all seems fine except there are a couple of references to kneeboard, that I couldn't find. One was current Location for inputting. The second was the runway QFS for setting Baro.

I know this is resurrecting an old post but I cant see a more modern thread. AWLS is a great feature, if you have the runway loaded, but otherwise when others can use ILS. The suggested option of setting it up in ME is a good suggestion, although this would pass the buck to the mission editor to rember todo this, but is still worth doing, manual editing of the document is less disarable as you would have to restart (I guess) dcs, maybe we should have the option to switch it up by communicating with grnd crew (simular to the nvg) along side the map specific base list? Along with a dynamic kneeboard page for it? unfortunately I have no clue about coding so i do not know how easy this would be todo but I think this could be a potential solution.

GR9 did not have radar, FA2 (Sea Harrier) did (blue vixen radar).

Major update to harrier will probably be renaming pickle and trigger to surprise, as when you press it you can never be sure what will happen!
