Are you flying the right numbers, distance? Time, altitude? I had no problems so far. After kiss off wingman flies straight and breaks after 20 seconds or so. He will get in front of you only if you spend way too much time getting on speed, when you dont break right after astern, align in the groove too far away from the ship etc. Kiss off and wigman only work when you do everything "by the book". It is not programmed to wait until you get shit done ;) Also, first you get "Signal is charlie", then you give kiss off command much later, when you do your first break left after initial point, right before gear down

Besides DDI and HUD being almost invisible in some condition I also noticed: - star wars light sabre instead of laser. The NVG gain is fine only laser in MARK mode is like tree trunk - TGP in CCD does not lock a black APC on a light background - TGP in FLIR only sometimes locks in BLACK HOT, not in white hot TGP used to work flawless in CCD in the same conditions, the laser in mark mode used to look thin and precise - but it was before the last update. I have GTX970, latest drivers

AFter many tries I managed to make it work but only in FLIR Black Hot - no other way although contrast was very clear in CCD and whitehot.

Seems like ED forgot about quite important tutorial... It is changed completely, Point track on high contrast object does not lock the target, only lock the reticle in place in area and point track - reticle can't be moved or corrected like before. and TDC depress turns on additional little crosshair which is slewable but does nothing...

I have the same screen like @borba_eagle. In certain condition in the sun it's all washed out. Some say you can even notice that on Wags' F-16 in the steerpoint video - HUD s almost invisible. Also, the external views seem to have much more gamma now without touching the setting. It happened in the build before, but only as a random bug - gamma was set to absurd max then, like almost white screen everywhere. Reloading the mission was an only fix. Maybe it is graphic card specific? I have GTX970 and latest drivers....

You can't. HUD shows only ZULU

Maybe you used Marshall frequency not the flight freq? Or do you use easy comms?

most people voting for the digital have never seen what the screen actually shows and how ;) it wont be anywhere near modern or glass cocpit ;)

The NVG light conditions are way too bright comparing to previous version. Also, in NVG all black textures are "hot" so the vehicles are invisible on the rubber tarmac

You can replace any wallpaper and any music theme with your own. They are just png and ogg files in a folder. You even have option to have your own module theme which wont be erased after updates. There are tons of guides how to do it.

For me there is another problem with WW2 assets - the lack of separate WW2 comms and callsigns. I tried the Normandy map and all the warbirds but I quit right after I heard all the same radio chat with wingman and tower as you would fly Hornet over PG map. It just kills immersion.

I put Viper in a mission editor. As long as I press FLY - it has transparent canopy acording to my choice in SPECIAL settings. If I choose a livery - even the official from the latest patch - and fly the mission, the plane has yellow, tinted canopy.

Whenever I change livery for one of the official ones for Viper, the canopy is tinted despite transparent in special option. Is it editor or livery bug?

Changelog says it is fixed for MP, but take off from Stennis with AI on different cat does not work. Player on cat 3, wingman on cat4, AI on cat 1 and 2 - impossible to start mission. F10 map is loaded with text pop up that the flight is delayed.

After update When I click zoom on MFD TGP screen it goes all the way up from 0 to 9 or back - no single step. The buttons are working but only 0 or 9 zoom - nothing in between. New bug or my controls are messed up? 2 komentarze
