Agreed. I think there are many dedicated fans on here who are more likely to give ED a break (as I am) as they know DCS is niche of a niche. They realise the devs didn't get into this genre to make their fortune, and that they're in this for the long game (e.g. updates still come out for A10/Ka50 almost 10 years later). However... Newer/more casual players simply aren't going to be interested in waiting 5 years for their favourite module to be completed, regardless of the good reasons ED may have for their choices. My feelings are ED are probably trying to do the best they can for their customers, I just hope whatever business model they use is a success.

The Hornet isn't going to fly that slow! I can't remember crosswind landings being a particular issue, I just use the rudders to keep straight and maybe a little differential braking. Are you over-controlling? You could always post a track for some feedback.

It was a custom build, commissioned by someone on this forum. They were not happy with it IIRC.

They don't retract on landing.

Speedbrake reduces stability IIRC, which is likely why it's not recommended to land with it.

That means your technique/setup needs work.

I've used Redkite's mission and plugged straight into a tanker without a wait. He may have suggested there's a requirement to wait, but I don't see where he's got that from.

Source? There's nothing in the manual that suggests you need to wait to AR after opening the door.

No radar directed gunsight mode yet? I take it as of now, we only have the funnel sight for A-A gun employment, nothing radar directed? What gunsight modes can we expect in future?
