Has to do with the new "lighting" in 2.5.6, namely the way alpha textures are handled.

He did mention pulling the AUX flaps circuitbraker which are the main inboard flaps. Also pulled the mid compressor bypass CB which gave the TF30 2k lbs of extra thrust haha. What a guy.

E is also way harder to do since it's very multirole and carries a lot of stuff.

Eh, ED's Phantom is postponed for an unknown period. And franky I really have no interest in an ED, Early Access Phantom. Only Heatblur have the proper tech and know-how for a proper two seater with a pilot and RIO. Much rather have the A-6E though as well.

With flaps up only the ourboard ones should deploy. One major sign someone f-ed up their post landing flow. :P

I agree. People will have to learn proper and basic BVR and WVR tactics and techniques in order to succeed. No more hiding in mountains and using magic datalink or awacs calls.

Yes, leading edge flaps and the outboard trailing edge flaps deploy causing more drag and more lift at the same time. You should never ever use full flaps in BFM. Unless you are maybe going for a min radius turn below 220kts, but even then in a dirty config the Tomcat is very G limited.

It's a known issue. ED stated it was high priority and was supposed to be fixed by the beginning of this year. Nothing has been heard since.

Except the 93 is a low bypass turbofan. Overall some very good changes, especially in terms of AB fuel consumption at high speeds.

Yep, especially the AIM-54 needs to be more in like with say the 120B in terms of chaff resistance, especially the C shouldn't really go for chaff at all.

Overall a pretty good change, which brings it a bit closer to the reals of reality. Previously its drag was stupidly low (to indirectly account for the boost and sustain phase I guess).

Yeah, I'd rather have JDAM's and more TGP additions, since those are the bread and butter of F-16's. Mav's are whatever.
