I usually do use a 6x R-60M loadout and double-fox them due to their low damage.
R-13M1's can be decent too when you get on someone's 6 unnoticed but they dont like pulling g's and can be fairly easily defeated. 13M1's can be effective but at the ranges you fire them you might as well get a bit closer for 60's and get a more reliable shot. On servers that dont allow all-aspect 60's the 13M1's are the way to go.
They should since the model will most likely change as it's not finished yet. Just like they did for the Hornet. There also aren't that many Blk. 50 operators worldwide so I'd like to see all those done.
Was hoping for a "whats to come in the upcoming year" Newsletter today but I guess it's not happening this year. A pacific map sure would be great though. Any map, really.
Pretty much all you asked above + pilot bodies, the LAU-7 launchers to be textures and some various minor visual fixes on the model and cockpit here and there.
I mean, we already have a PLAAF livery and chinese cockpit option by default so why not get the PL-5 and maybe even allow 73's? You know, just as an option, that doesn't hurt anyone.
Used TWS in MAN last night on a packed PvP server and it worked just fine for the most part. You do need to work more to keep that target illuminated, but with Datalink and altitude information when the TDC is over the contact it is pretty easy to keep him within paremeters.
Tomcat RIO's will find this quite easy. ;)
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I really think the TDC needs to be over the contact for you to IFF it. Regardless with SCS depress it should still change on the radar scope for the L&S target.
Since the recent update I don't seem to be able to fire more than one Phoenix at a target under TWS, after the first missile is fired the second one does not come off with trigger depress/hold. Is this intended or a bug?
