I think you'll get a lot more, and better advice (than mine!) in the PC Hardware section. I am NOT a computer whiz by any means, but I did research a lot to build mine this last winter. Just looking at that, the CPU doesn't seem very fast if it's not over-clockable. I'm not familiar with the chip- there's no "K" designation, so don't think you can OC it. Also, 8GB of RAM is low. Will DCS run on 8? I was thinking it was 16GB min. The GPU is also on the low end of things, but I don't know enough to comment on how it'll run DCS.
Honestly man, I would go to the Hardware forum and have some guys spec out a build for you. You may be able to get a bit more "bang-for-buck" by building yourself instead of buying a pre-built. I'd never attempted it prior to this PC, and it really wasn't that difficult...PLENTY of YouTube vids to learn from.
