if they worked i would lol, since the last patch not a single track file has worked with the f14 for me. i understand i need alot more info and testing though. right now im confused as hell about hopw the radar and phoenix is actually behaving witht he current patch and what will change with the next patch

4 bandits hot (1100+ cosure) coalt (35k) tws assigned all of them np, 40 miles out poof gone lol. f10 watched them come all the way to the merge and they were never on my tid at all (managed to pal 1 and fox 2 him but that was it) is it me doing something wrong? a feature? a bug? afaik the radar mode never changed etc, didnt hear jester clicking anything and the di symbology never changed

they were very hit and miss before the patch but since the last patch not a single trakc is even remotely useable. it always goes off in the 1st few seconds and thats it. anybody having that issue? is there anything i can try?

when dogfighting its best to switch the roll sas off and leave the others on. what happens is at high aoa with roll sas on the nose flops around a bit, easy to test it. stick the jet at 330 kts and 15 units aoa (the thick line on the aoa gauge) HOLD it there, then use rudder only to roll the ac. now do the same thing with roll sas on and off and youll see the difference

done that and it lets me choose the soundcard. problem i have now is the onboard sound isnt listed, in windows sound settings its listed under inputs but not output! (yes ive checked the diabled section) i just cant get it to appear to windows. ive ordered a cheap usb soundcard and hopefully i can run it from that

iv been using sound mdule and aviators with a bass shaker using the onboard sound for a few weeks and its great. iv just built a new pc and im getting error messege when i start sound module could not find sound card by its stored id. i guess i need to point it at the new mobo soundcard but how??

what does the cpu use the gpu memory for? cahce? system ram? is gpu ram inbetween cache and system ram when it comes to speed and throughput?

i fairly new 750w jobby. ive had a psu slowly die on me before and it caused all sorts of wierd issues, no graphics issues though

so gettign a lock (thus slaving the tcs to it) then breaking the lock. the phoenix will slave to the tcs? so as long as you keep the tcs in the gimbal limits i can flip the acm switch and fire the phoenix and it will track the tcs lock? wont the bandit get a warning off the rail because the phoenix will be active straight away?

why the different speeds for mil and ab? dont you just alter the climb angle to maintain the speed??

the germans and italians had a habit of claiming the ark royal had been sunk too. 4 or 5 times iirc lol

are the changes live now? threads too cluttered to find out. and lurker iv often wondered the same thing. my guess is the radar emissions do indeed change and rwrs can pick up those changes

i set it to stock. seemed a bit better but still did it. this time was was fine for 10-15 mins then tanked for 5 minutes and then boosted again ps what are your settings? i have a 7700k at 5ghz with the 6800xt and 32gb 3200mhz ram and i cant get it set so im happy

I dont think min runs it like that unles its loaded up ie gaming, it certainly doesnt boost in windows. Il drop the min freq and see what happens. Min is 2500 max is 2600 so there is a difference. I havnt looked closely at temps but when i have seen its maxing low 70s i think so not horrible
