tight turn circle is turn RADIUS thats a different thing to turn rate. turn radius is how much distance you cover in a 180 degree turn. turn rate is how much time it takes to turn the nose 180 degrees. i think the cat has the tightest circle because its corner speed is lower than everything else

at 15 units of aoa i tend to use a LITTLE stick to roll and some rudder too, is that correct or should i be using rudder only at 15 units? ps if you flat turn at corner speed will you out turn f16s and f18s?

i would suggest if shes shaking and sounding like a skeleton having a wank in a biscuit tin , then you are not in a sustained turn but an instant turn bleeding energy like a stuck pig. if you fly the tomcat like a fbw plane she will kill you, fly her like a warbird the size of a tennis court and she will reward you handsomly

mines seems much braver recently, hes only ever punched out a few times (apart from when were obviously about to die lol) and every time it was low level maneuvers even though i was never in any danger of hitting the ground, not even close. yet other times my bums been squeeking and ive JUST missed the ground and hes still in the back not a care in the world lol
