what are you basing that opinion on? iv no idea what the real life consequences are but in dcs you can do whatever you like within reason with the wings pinned forwards, itl be subsonic but youl break the ins and black out long before you break the wings if you dont YANK the stick too quickly

what kind of sustained rate do you get by locking the wings forward and increasing speed to 400+? im not talking about using flaps and breaking the plane
