Both Tomahawk missle firing axis has a 90 degrees missmatch with connector in launching process. so it could see missile sudden rotate 90 degrees after few frames of launching animation. it hard to notice in vertical launching. but if try to make it fire in side angle. such as MK-143 Launcher. the missile will start fly out completely side way. 1st video were official Ticonderoga https://youtu.be/_Rg9FVhCScQ 2nd video were my own project https://youtu.be/AAO4MkF55kQ?t=26

fixed by remove Super Hornet/Growler mod I still have A-4E-C/Alphajet/CAM/F-22A/Hercules/MB-339PAN/MiG-23UB in the mods folder. works fine.
