  1. Thanks Deadlyfishes. Reinstalling sounds like a potential solution, perhaps I will try that. When DCS crashes it doesn't give me an option to see a log (dump) file. Do you know where I can find it? I run all the modules except the Mi-8, FW-190, Bf-109, Gazelle, C-101 and the Hawk. I will try the mission editor tip. Thanks again!
  2. No joy :( I ran your updated file but I still get the same error messages. The weird thing is that every other mission / instant action / campaign that I run in 2.0.4 works okay. This is the only mission that crashes the sim, and it's the one I like the most! Hopefully it will be sorted once ED will roll out their next NTTR update.
  3. Thanks Deadlyfishes, I will test it out tonight and let you know if it helped.
  4. I run an Intel i7 4790K CPU, 16GB RAM and a GTX 1070. All other missions load up fine.
  5. Love the missions in DCS 1.5, for some reason, with NTTR (mission version 1.16) won't load. It starts to load and about half way DCS crashes. I'm using it with DCS 2.0.4. Anyone else experiencing this? Looks like it draws a lot of resources and makes my DCS run out of memory.
  6. Once in the main menu, press LALT + Enter to go to full screen. This will give your mouse the proper "boundaries" when you use a larger Pixel Density than 1.0
  7. Stellar work Deadlyfishes! Thank you for sharing this with the community. Now that the NTTR map extension is out, we may see additional missions / tasks from the new airfields and bases?
  8. Thank you very much! Will try it later on today :pilotfly:
  9. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but when I select the L-39ZA, it won't give me any missions? Also, is it possible to include CAS missions for the L-39ZA? From the list of aircraft you only have a CAP option. Thanks and keep up the great work Deadlyfishes!

    1st Module

Welcome aboard rossto! First you should decide whether you want a 'study' aircraft or something that you can get in the air quickly without moving too many switches in the cockpit. All FC3 aircraft are similar to the SU25T in fidelity (no interactive cockpits). But you get a lot of planes in one package. If you want a 'study' sim, then before jumping to something demanding like the A10C I would recommend the F-86 or L39. They are not as fast or as deadly as other planes, but they are excellent planes to start with that give you the full "sim" experience. They are also multi role in the sense that they can dogfight as well as drop some unguided munitions on ground targets. Good luck!
  11. Looks awesome. I will check it out later on today. On the main page I see the supported aircraft listed. Any chance to add additional planes L39ZA or F86 Sabre? Thanks!
  12. Forget the Hornet, or the Tomcat, or any other module in development. THIS gem is what DCS really needs. Can't wait!! Keep up the great work MBot!
  13. Thank you guys!
  14. Do we have a pending list of what 2.5 will bring? Besides combining everything into a single executable which will allow map switching within the app. Thanks,
  15. For those of you who use the Rift, does the V-Sync, Full Screen and MSAA (Ant Aliasing) options in the graphics menu make a difference? When I was using a monitor, Vsync was a must to avoid the "tearing effect", MSAA improved the overall image quality (no jagged lines) and full screen was also good for obvious reasons. But are these settings important for VR? Since the image quality is not as good as a monitor. Thanks
  16. I started the campaign yesterday, and just finished mission 3. JTAC worked well there. Will let you know as I progress. Would also like to hear from others though.
  17. Based on past pre-purchases, then up until it's released to early access.
  18. So just to understand better, the Viggen is closer to release than the Tomcat?
  19. So it happens that tomorrow is both a Friday and April 1st. It's the classic opportunity for ED and their 3rd party developers to use this timing for some announcements. Especially since we have been spoiled - and receive those announcements via email and on the forums every Friday in the past few months. With that being said, stay calm if you see something along the lines of "DCS F/A-18" is entering early access... :smilewink: However, an integration of 1.5 and 2.0 into 2.5 would be something to look forward to, regardless  Can't wait to see what announcement tomorrow brings :pilotfly:
  20. Thank you firmek, that was it - Zoom view, assign to TRACKIR_Z
  21. Hi Everyone, Can't find a good answer for this in a forum search. I'm using TrackIR 5 for a while now and the issue is that when I physically lean forward - the zoom in works, but only for the cockpit. The environment doesn't change. I have seen in some YouTube videos that when someone leans over it also zooms in the environment, how can I set it up? Thanks,
  22. Thanks from me as well, updated yesterday without any issues. Well done!
  23. Thank you guys for the honest review of this Beta. I plan to purchase it early next month.
  24. Thanks for the info, anyone else wants to chime in, now that the module is out there for a day?
  25. Same issue for me. I can't find the Huey in the module manager in DCS 2.0 Alpha. Version 1.5 works fine. Any solution for this?
