  1. See if it helps to clear the config (all files) for trackir in the planes you have problems. For Example, SU27 in FC3: C:\Users\<yourprofile>\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\su-27\trackir Just find the airframe you have issues with, remove the TIR-file config, restart the game and retest.
  2. ahh darn you peter, I hope to sneak in the sidedoor. Van Halen dude, awesome :D
  3. The ingame missions are affected by these issues as well. The logs should indicate where it happens.
  4. For me it works better when I log in using the left menu, instead of waiting for the login prompt. Login before you buy that is.
  5. to make it clear - the above method has nothing to do with multiplayer. It's a bit incorrectly named thread. It's how it was activation worked previously (in MP only). So please try the method. :)
  6. I was pretty sure I saw a statement somewhere, which stated that all models would be represented in DCS World, hence part of they public release. This will ensure MP compatibility. (Need to look it up). EDIT: Couldn't find it - and the phrase in the 1.2.0 statement is; However, the full product needs to be maintained by external sites/updaters? Correct? It's a pity it cannot all be available at the same site; - It means less 'available products' visible at the DCS site. More products would mean more traffic and possible more revenue, for ED. - It means less exposure for the 3'rd parties. Better exposure at a single portal would increase the chance of a extra sale. Both ED & 3'rd party looses out on this if it is the case. Ells. I hope it will change.
  7. Hi. Back a while ago I used this trick to get some of the extra buttons to work on the X52 without the Saitek software: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=683001#post683001 Not sure if it will enable the mini mouse, but I suspect it will.
  8. It might be related to this issue. Unless you have some logs which indicates some new problems? Did upgrade today to 1.2.5. My missions crash. See example. Anyway, some fixes are slated for those issue.
  9. Please try this method as well: Sticky: Serial numbers management for multiplayer (NOT StarForce!)
  10. Click the quote-link for original - in case you missed it, there seem to be progress on the crash issue.
  11. hm, this is the third steam issue. I moved you over to this subforum - please have a look at the suggestions here: Sticky: Activation failed with "invalid hardware code"? And possible this: Sticky: Serial numbers management for multiplayer (NOT StarForce!) I would recommend that you file a support ticket as well. Looks like we may need to get ED's attention regarding these Steam issues.
  12. cmon gent's, ENO & PFunk - you *can* discuss without the name-calling. This is a friendly warning.
  13. I had the same issue at first install of 1.2.4. See if this procedure helps: 1. clear the registry of keys 2. release the S/N via the web as described below here
  14. Some nice flying there nice heart :)
  15. we have several subforums for all the bugs. you should have a look there.
  16. Perhaps you could create a short TRK (simplified MP mission) and a report to the ED-testers, so it's easier for them to get it reported correctly. :)
  17. Not sure if this one has been reported, it may seem similar to other AI FM behaviour reported earlier. However it was somewhat easy to reproduce in this mission: FC3-Su-27-Blockade.miz DCS: DCS/1.2.5.15586 (x86_64; Windows/6.2.9200) 2-ship SU-25TM, AI wingman tends to fly into ground on RTB. Out of 5 flights, 4 were CFIT. Note: Both flight-members are AI. Simplified mission & TRK attached. TRK 4 is probably the best to start with PAI-SU25-Crash-Into-Ground1.trk PAI-SU25-Crash-Into-Ground2-HalfInverted.trk PAI-SU25-Crash-Into-Ground3.trk PAI-SU25-Crash-Into-Ground4-Abducted.trk
  18. Hi PandaSteak. Maybe you could try to remove the registry keys - it seems you may have changed some hardware, but the system is unable to re-calculate the hardware code. 1. Start regedit. 2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagle Dynamics 3. Remove the whole "Warthog" key folder. This will reset the hardware code. 4. Re-run activation again, enter the Serial Number. PS, there may be some other method to do this, if someone else remembers how, please update us on how to do just that.
  19. I suggest you contact ED support. I'm out of ideas, truly sorry.
  20. I came here with the banhammer and had to leave again disappointed.
  21. I would *Strongly* recommend that you do NOT download random DLL's from internet using google. High risk of Trojans. If you're looking to replace files - please make sure you get them from trusted sources.
  22. Not recommended. The key/input bindings have changed since the previous version. I'd recommend that you start with a clean setup and bind it again.
  23. DCSW 1.2.0 and related modules (bs2, a10c etc) just needs to be installed together. You can do that on your F: Your other A10, BS2 previous versions (and folders) do not mix with 1.2.0 - but 1.2.0 will reuse the same license and activations for the A10C and BS2. License Activation is stored in your registry - and not on your C: / F:.
  24. The only other reason we have discovered so far may be that you may not be able to mix RU/EN license keys. Order shouldn't matter - but a clean install, and testing with different orders (1 by 1 product) may help understand the matter better. I'm out of ideas with your case as well then, I suggest you contact ED Support to see if they can figure out where the problem is. Sorry.
