Not a problem from Norway. You may list your country and your ISP. It could be some particular ISP(s) in certain regions of the world who have routing issues. So if you list them, then you may figure out the common factor and some of you may contact them if thats your ISP.

Yes, the serial would be linked to your "webshopper account" on the DCS-webshop if it's been activated. However, ingame MP name has nothing to do with the login for MP. You can change the MP displayname separately. Check the MP options after you have logged in.

At least this is what you can do with the standard DCS modules such as A-10C, Ka-50, P-51D etc. We just have to assume ED continues this trend. As for choosing between 2 different vendors, I can't say how it will work, because testers have no such info. Customers need to be able to install 2 different vendors in their DCS World. Inherently, it must be possible to distinguish between them in the game-engine. So IMHO, yes, it must be possible to do so otherwise the game-engine wouldn't be able to cope with the 2 different vendors.

As of now, yes. If I don't put a F-15E in the mission, you wont be able to fly one. You'll only be able to fly the airframes the mission designer chooses to add.

Then it's up to the customer who flies it in SP. Or up to the mission designer or serveradmin who allows for it to be used in MP.

Sorry to jump in so late, but didn't we try to get a bit more data from ED about this, Viper? Not sure if we got the answers by Yo-You yet? (PS, a poor attempt to mask my own poor skills on the topic) ;)

The shadows: IMO, rather a feature/tweak I guess. - the other planes are not rendered as intensively as your own aircraft. Own aircraft (on your own PC) always renders with greater details. It's been like this in all the DCS/FC versions - own vs other clients. It could be part of 'conserving bandwidth & FPS' during MP. For SP, conserving FPS. For the players it appears as a problem that should be fixed. Haven't checked it out with the ED QA yet though. As for the undergarriage doors - it should be shown. Both of these are minor issues, but will get reported today.

FC/DCS works in a way where it wont show other servers running on a different version. Hm, it could be the registry key for version is 'incorrect' somehow, so the patch wont install but you still have an older version. Inside "HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftware\Eagle Dynamics\LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2\Version" it should store the version. If you delete it before doing another reinstall (download the latest version from the web first). Ex from the registry: If you remove too much of the FC keys, it may require a reactivation when you run it for the first time. Test once more with - Rename the FC dir to fc.old - Clear the FC "Version" folder in registry. - D/L the latest full from the web http://lockon.co.uk/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=6&end_pos=135 - install it

Issue #2 remains.

Nice picts - now for a riddle (a little tester-contest) Find 2 issues in Pict 1. Find 1 of the same issue in bottom picture. PS, not 'picture issues',nor 'skin issues', but they are clearly game-issues. And you can see them. ;)
