  1. Hello, I want to add specifics kneeboards pages for the F16-C in F:\Users\my-user_name\Registered games\DCS\Kneeboard, but I don't know how to name the F16-C folder to see my kneeboard in the game. This is working for the AH-64D_BLK_II for example. Any idea ? Thanks
  2. Thanks for all the answers. I use the tads using the same method as for the gazelle's Viviane (at rather high speed) to aim at moving targets. Which doesn't seem to be the right thing to do. The FCR seems more appropriate for this, and it also locates several targets at the same time.
  3. Hello, In CPG position, with the aircraft in motion, use of the MAN track does not focus the line of sight on the target area (the line moves across the ground at the speed of the aircraft). Engaging the linear motion compensator doesn't focus the line of sight either, it has to be done manually. I wonder if there's a method for making this system work, like the F14's lantirn or the Gazelle's viviane. Thanks
  4. +1 George control is absolutely not intuitive.
  5. Hi, Seem that the rain react strangely on the right door, it's going up and to the front. See the track here. Thanks. rain.trk
  6. Hi, With certain weather conditions, a pink texture appears on the buildings. This doesn't appear on the screenshots I took, but for me it appears on the attached track. Thanks. edit: in the track, the mission start at 7h00 PM. Starting at 1h00 PM the problem does not appear. Pink.trk
  7. By "default" do you mean "joystick with spring/central position" ?, with this option my msffb2 react like KeyserSoze62 describe just above.
  8. Hope this feature will be available for the Gazelle too ! And happy to see this is not like the George IA feature that I feel absolutely not intuitive. The wheel like the Jester IA function could be interesting, but for the small Polychop team it may be too much work if we want them to progress on other aspects of their modules in the future.
  9. Options in the DCS home page (the cranked wheel) > special (between audio and VR) > OH-6A cayuse > timming mode (FFB) Nothing else concerning my microsoft force feedback 2
  10. Yes, a big improvement in the flight model. And thanks for the special options in the configuration menu, force feedback is well recognized and the show controls option is welcome.
  11. To remove the Control indicator a startup: path to: \Users\"User_name"\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft\OH-6A\Cockpit\Scripts\Systems open EFM_Helper.lua change: SHOW_CONTROLS:set(1) to SHOW_CONTROLS:set(0)
  12. Now we need a mod for the SA.315B lama ! :)
  13. that's why I've modified my message to take into account the rate of climb. I assumed that the reason for activating the autopilot was to be able to switch to the co-pilot position to search for targets with Viviane. Consequently, there was no need to touch the cyclic. But even in this situation, the weight of the aircraft is modified, and thus contributes to modifying the rate of climb.
  14. Concerning the searchlight, it appears that when you start a mission without having previously equipped the helicopter with the searchlight and you do it during the mission via the réarming menu, the system doesn't work. You need to equip the helicopter in the mission editor for it to work.
  15. Hi, I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. If we can engage the autohover (green light on), that means we're within the engagement parameters. Why would the autohover decide to disengage then? Edit: yes, like write buur, the climb rate is a important point for not disengage the autohover.
  16. I was talking about searchlight, there is no "spotlight"
  17. Hello, Great mod! I wonder how the spotlight works? the pod is installed by the ground crew, the battery is switched on, but the keyboard shortcut remains inactive (Rshift + L). The landing light works properly, though. Thanks
  18. This can be a good alternative, hope ED can think about it.
  19. Hi, In the external view (F2) we can use the mouse wheel to scroll up or down to change the distance at which we can see the aircraft. Can we modify these buttons to reverse their roles? If so, how? thanks for your answer.
  20. It's not really what you're asking for, but you can use a voice application (Voicemacro for example) to give voice commands (to the tanker, Jester, ATC,...) instead of pressing buttons. This application also lets you map buttons to specific actions, such as "ready pre-contact", if that's what you want. But yes, this requires an application external to the module.
  21. I found a video of RAZBAM's ghost view. It's interesting, but my idea is that the pilot's body remains fully visible except for a small area where you want to modify the controls. In RAZBAM's ghost view, the pilot's body is unaffected and should disappear completely.
  22. Hi, Same for me. At Beirut airfield, I can see the control tower becoming dark when approching it in helicopter. And also when looking street lamp under the helicopter, the lamp stay on but the ground become dark.
  23. Hi, The problem with the projector is specific to the Gazelle S342-L version. But there still something strange (for me) with the grounds lights with others modules: At some distance from the helicopter, the ground appears illuminated by street lamps. But all around the helicopter itself, the ground appears very dark, despite the presence of the streetlamps.
  24. Hello, Seem to be a problem with lights on the ground. And there is a difference between projector ligths and navigation lights.
  25. I installed winauth yesterday on my pc and I finally understood the operating procedure this morning. It's certainly a security feature for our account and a tool for ED to prevent abuse, but it's not really intuitive.
