Been here years ago :D It's not a bug.. Ok... image your in a nice stable hover, your heading/yaw AP has been trimmed to hold 10% authourity for example to maintain that hover. Now turning to target can hold different results when turning left of right as the heading AP only has so much authority to deal with.. 20% from memory.. And although a co-axial helo there are still different power requirements to yaw left and right .. :)

I assume you mean the Logitech Extreme 3D pro stick? If so, yes, very do-able. A great help is to use keys like Ctrl and Alt as modifiers that way for example if you use the hat switch for gun sight adjustments you could have trim as Ctrl-Hat switch. This is how I had to set up A-10C on an X-52.

Ext tanks do indeed work. Try flying with internal tanks a bit, once you see a drop in the fuel gauge switch to ext tanks and watch your fuel go up. Here is a previous thread on the matter: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=127812

I have no problems holding a 210-220kt sustained 2.5g turn at 40,000. I was actually suprised how well she held energy. Major buffeting if I hunt for 3g.

Open the control panel in-game with RCtrl Enter or to see if your stick is giving full throttle. This can be also checked in options-> axis tuning. Sounds like a stick problem.

Apparently atm they are placeholder sounds in the Sabre.. Some folks have mentioned the sounds are already in the game but not being used.. might be a bug or beta thing but I cannot confirm either way.. Btw I believe IIRC there was some sound modding in the teaser. ;) Edit: Same situation with the guns sound, i'm sure it will be fixed.. Actually they have no choice really.. :P haha

Yes, I am having some success by flying on internal tanks till they deplete then switch to ext tanks to fill up my internal tanks lol then drop externals. :noexpression:

On the issue of curves I agree with Scrim.. I played alot with curves in the past but prefer to keep them linear now.. Problem being there is always a compromise, curves while reduse sensitivity in the low range stick movement, increase the sensitivity/defection in the mid so.. yeah.. dogfighting wise mid range is very important so adding curves not good imo.

The Sabre really is a hands-on jet meaning it needs to be flown and trimmed constantly when changing speed, alt, heading etc, it not like the F-15 where you can "let it fly". You'll get used to it with more practice. Take-off for me we very yo-yo like for awhile there.. :D I personally prefer now to leave all dcs aircraft pitch curves at stock. One thing I do every time I jump in a dcs aircraft (using X-52) is move the stick to all it's maximum travel limits, this de-sensitises the axis inputs, if i don't do this the stick is twice as sensitive as it should be. :)
