LD-10 RCS was nerfed to 0.7 so that SAM can intercept it what wasnt possible before. The SD-10 might be bigger in comparison to the other missiles but its overall much "cleaner" than them. You can see all the extra things sticking out of the boddies of the Aim-7 and Aim-120 increasing their RCS that the SD-10 doesnt have and the LD-10 shouldnt have as well.

R-77-1 chances with improved battery and lofting?

No because the F/A-18 we have is not a Super Hornet and because ED modeled one from 2007. There is no official Super Hornet. You would have to ask the mod creators but pretty sure then dont have the needed tools to change that. Beside that, the colour is only beeing tested and wasnt intruduced into the airforce yet.

Deka has showed some skins on their facebook very long time ago. https://www.facebook.com/dekaironworksims/photos In fact, the pictures are so old that some people like @Kerbo 416 made some of the skins based on the facebook pictures. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3318599/

rumors about SU25 full fidelity?
Mike_Romeo replied to pabletesoy's topic in Su-25T (Free with DCS World)
It was said long time ago that the Su-25T will get a graphical update but they didnt said that its going to be full fidelity. -
I would explain it so that the aircraft systems wont safe the IFF status of a detect aircraft. Once you press the IFF button, your aircraft will ask if the other is friendly or not and will get a answer that will be displayed to you but once you let the button go, the aircraft stops to ask and so the other aircraft wont answer and so you wont get a indication if he is friendly or not. No because the JF-17 is using Link-17 that isnt compatible with Link-16 and actually it should only see datalinks of other JF-17's.

What are good SD-10, and LD-10 launch parameters.
Mike_Romeo replied to Vashka's topic in JF-17 Thunder
He most likely didnt. There are RWR blindspots 45° above and below for every aircraft in dcs. -
Here ar Pl-5 fired from 1400m reaching only 14km altitude PL-5 fired from 13,5km raching 62KmPl-5 from 1400m.zip.acmiPl-5 from 13500m.zip.acmi

First one because air density is the bigger factor

Mike_Romeo replied to Vashka's topic in JF-17 Thunder
That depends on many factors and there is no clear answer to that. Yes we can. -
Alright let me show 2 pictures. In this first picture, I fired a PL-5 at 500m above sea level at 790km and as you can see, the missile only flew a distance of 5,64NM Now same test with same parameters but at 12000m above sea level. As you can see, the missile flew a distance of 16NM now. Impressive how much air resistance decreases the performance of missile isnt it ? Well yes but when the missile has less air resistance, it flies faster and generates more lift holding it longer in the air. If you want to look yourself, you will find the tacview's below: 12000m Pl-5.zip.acmi500m PL-5.zip.acmi

It will go automatic pitbull but depending on the range, it could get lost. Small thing to add, I also recommend to raise the nose up between 20-40° before you fire your SD-10. This way, the missile will fly higher up in thiner air where the air resistance is quite low and so it flies further away. Also you dont have to wait for beeing in range. The displayed max range is not accurate and the missiles sometimes hit beyond that range. -

Set target size to small on the SMS page. That will reduce the activation distance of the missile seeker and so the enemy will have a much shorter warning time before the missile impacts. Keep in mind that you need to support the missile with your own radar a little bit longer. -
Well thats not how it works. In fact, the range was greatly improved because of the lower air resistance higher up. Yes, absolutly possible. He was most likely in AB so the missile could see it clearly and the traveled distance is also lower because he flew towards the missile

The B-2 might be over 40 years old but its still the main US stealth bomber and so it remains top classified. To give you a impression how classified it is, the first pictures of its cockpit where declassfied in 2019. If the cockpit was that classified, you can imagine how classified the rest of its systems are. The following video shows everything the public knows about its displays.

I dont think so. I mean the south atlantic map is huge isnt it ?
-
It wont happen because its a real life limitation. It was removed because the exhaust of the BRM's would enter the engine intakes causing it to stall. That's also the reason why the JF-17 cant carry any rockets or missiles at the inner pylons besides the ones that first free fall and then ignites their engines.

There was a US map annocent some time ago. It wasnt offical but we still might get a new US California map
