Yup seeing the same. Noticed it is working in 1b, soon as you alter to 2b or 4b etc. It stops scanning. A quick left and right bank of the wings gets it going again.

Very tough poll. In the end, I chose T pod, with it comes GBUs and allows the F18 to work properly at night, with NVG for buddy lase too.

Yup it's good olde Windows again! Open DCS > Hit Windows + G > Click settings icon > uncheck show tips when I start a game = logbook working again.

BIGNEWY Think I've found the cause. When DCS loads up, Windows10 pops up a message from the right saying something like "Press Wins + G to record game etc". When DCS loads, the logbook link is about where that pop up is on the desktop. If I ctrl+alt+del out of game and choose task manager, then alt+tab back to DCS, logbook link works. Basically, that pop up is messing with the menu me thinks.

Latest 2.5.1 anyone else notice the logbook link in the menu is no longer clickable?

Just upgraded to the i7 8700K and DCS 2.5.1 with nearly every setting high runs at over 60fps consistently, even on the ground.

The centre MFD behind the stick. Would ED be able to build in a slider bar in the options menu, which enables us to make the joystick transparent, bit like the KA50 hud display? Conscious those of us without VR will get annoyed with the moving map obstructed by the stick. I don’t personally stare at the stick in any of the pits I fly in anyway.

As of today, latest DCS OB installed. If I join any server, it takes ages, then when I choose an aircraft, the cockpit is half loaded and half transparent and the sim runs like a PowerPoint presentation. Spec below.

Is it correct the N/A does not have an IR missile warning receiver? I believe I read somewhere the GR9 birds could detect incoming IR missiles and automatically dispense flares. I'd be surprised the N/A does not have this BAE technology, weren't the US acquired GR9's converted by the US to AV8B's?

If I throttle up, I look down at the actual throttle in the pit and can see it is moving to full throttle and back, but there is no response from the aircraft, no noise change, nothing? Only happens in MP, SP is OK?

Confirmed on Facebook: 2.5 New stable is a standalone download, available end Jan 18. 2.2 Open Alpha removed (do not remove this from your machine until 2.5 installed on your machine)! 1.5 Open Beta updated to 2.5 Open Beta 1.5 Old stable continues but unsupported. I personally will not be removing any of the clients until 2.5 stable and 2.5 open beta are up and running.

WOW, where did you get some of the footage? Was the F18 TGP and moving map footage pulled from the A10C? Also how did you get the tanker shot of the F15, that scenery was mint, didn't look like any map we have in DCS at the minute.

The maverick screen can be slewed around in the A10C with my mini joystick, I just had to assign ; | . | , | / keys to the up down left and right axis'. Can I not do this in the Harrier? I assigned U J Y I to it and it hardly moves.

The strangeness with nozzles is, if you hold in the nozzle down key for say 3 seconds after the nozzles reach zero. You have to hold in the nozzle up key for 3 secs before it responds. Which makes you think it’s not working, because it’s not instant. If that makes sense?

RAZBAM, this module is a winner :D Yes, I've noticed the nozzles are ad-hoc unresponsive using the keys.
