In DCS world I've learned to lower my expectation. Based on current situation the Lpod would slip to next month. Of course I'd be happy to be proved wrong.

I was not talking about real life but in DCS. A well known virtual squad have tested it. But I must add that AWACS seem to be able to detect no matter what as long as you're not behind an object or something.

And I've heard minimum speed for A2A radar to track you is 70 knots. I've tried it flying around above flat terrain in crowded server and came back to base intact. Lol

I feel the pain regarding entering coordinates. I hope we will be able to enter coordinates in data cartridge preflight when its available.

My radar is ok but not seing any MSI hafu. I thought my update gone wrong because the change logs say there's MSI for LTWS.

I don't know about VR but last week update gives significant FPS improvement for my system.

May I suggest save some more money and get the greatest FA-18C Hornet. You can do almost anything with it..... Well with the exception fly hovering.

I had the same thing on GS server today. Tried to fly F-14 then got kicked with client tainted message, the weird thing is that happened after already sit on the cockpit. Then I restarted DCS, reconnect and back to normal. Can't figure it out what caused this as I dont have any mods installed.

Use command promp with admin privilige.

And it is one of the best SAM in DCS. I'd say its TOR counterpart from blue side. Its very lethal and deadly.

In DCS? I don't think it can. The only SAM in real life that can do that is newest modern Tor (SA-15). You can search the video on Youtube. Look at 14:40

Either you were lucky or the other side was sloppy pilot. I said "in most cases" that doesnt mean you can not achieve a kill beyond 10 miles. It also depends on speed and altitude tho.

Even with tws you still use missile to achieve a kill which is in most case not very effective beyond 10 miles in PvP environment. So not really a game changer for that much.

You must be missed some of these : from Matt himself ".....Earlier, we focused on tasks with faster turnarounds, but these current tasks are taking longer. Development of the Hornet has certainly NOT slowed down, rather, it’s simply shifted to tasks with longer development periods.

As long as it certifified and capable for using it, it should be added. Doesnt matter if USAF ever loaded with it or not IMO.
