welcome to the farm...online play is very good if not great...i would tell you to find a BS server that also runs a teamspk or vent server as well..most of the guys that i have meet an flown with run a comms program.(a must).cus we all have to start somewhere and most will help you out with any trouble you have...sysm ck off, trimming,flight ,wpns..what ever just ask....you will find more servers in europe then in the states..i would tell you setup your puter on the lowest settings and set your res. to something on the low side as well and play it by ear to find your ..lol happy place in the sky..hope tht helps..5x5

i have to say there is some funny crap float'n around this place..flight simers are a breed apart..been married 30 yrs...been flight sim'n oh..about that long too ....gents...pick your battles well...cus..if you screw the pooch...you will lose and she will get the gold mine..and you the shaft....just never tell her that fly'n is what kept you home at nite...and not out with(those dirt-bag biker brothers of mine. as she calls them..lol flight sim'n keeps you home at nite...that makes them happy..unless your a big a$$ tool and nobody likes you..lol...fly'm if ya got'm...5x5

ya i flew DI's twister..was a working mans sim.... you worked evrytime you flew it....lol back in the day microprose came out with there F15 series i think it was F15 II or maybe III..had a coop.... frontseat/basckseat F15 multiplayer that was alot of fun...at 14.40 baud rate...

rule 1 never run in to the trgt area(you will get the crap shot out of you) with out a lil recon.. use the hiils,valleys and the citys.. to mask your movement in to the trgt area...rule 2 keep your eyes moving there your best tool out there look for con trails, smoke from tanks or arty and my fav AAA tracers..and #3 if you hear betty tell'n you your under attack or the lwr is go'n off move and do it asap..cus your about to be a smoke'n hole..these are i think any chopper drives 3 main rules..there are more but these i think these will help..5x5

hey bro, you may want to bump your throttle down out of auto at about 3 or 4 meters...and turn the wheel brake off... ck your trim... slow decent speed..is key.. on the deck close the throttle..

there are 8 chapters in the dwnld manual..

post track if you can..it may show whats go'n ..lol..down...

i was thinking the same thing what a tool for flight leaders... this way you can tell what wing to attack what trgt..cus we all no what its like to rifle one dwn range only too have it hit by another wing or flight...cus most of the time i just start sending trgts to all instead of just my wingie..great post i'll up ya one for tht post..thx

you also need to make sure the cannon is not active..no green lights on the overhead..

hey guys on the LWS and the datalink. I use an N52te speed pad and its setup just like the datalink keypad w/the LWS so its all at my finger tip.. http://www.n52te.com/ ck it out its sweet..5x5

i use one... just got done w/a rebuild..new pots and gates....great stick some real nice upgrades you can do over time..i will say this if you are ham-fisted the its not the stick for you..go CH. but if great feel and smooth movement..is your cup..bro..its the shit..

lol when you hear Warning....move and move fast...dwn and a way is good.. but if you have eyes on the sucker and feel like you da man..then you can out skid the sob(sams and sringers)....but dwn and way or up and bac but not to hi....but you need too move and do it fast..and reset the lws evrytime it goes off...also great way to find the lil sob's...

what would be cool and a lil more in tune with the whole clickable cockpit...make the f10 view the drivers right leg chart with a zoom in and out for better reading maybe an NBD chart..cus if ya got a map and every driver that i have shot the shit with... has a plan ol compass and chart on them or onboard.. you can get anywhere you need to go....

not to say that the guys inside said apc would be up shits creek from the rounds ricocheting around the inside....we are talking about HE rounds so there not just going in and stoping..there going BOOM so just a few will do the trick...and also if you gate the trgt small you can hit the thing anywhere you want..

or you call the house from 5 blocks out and ask the ol lady for a vector to homeplate and request a landing..or a fly by depending on her mood at the time..

after you get your hover (auto/Manual) try the d key ..it is decent mode it will lower your hover state slow and ez to about 4 meters off the ground...

aim small... miss small.....small gates.... its like given the shkval tunnel vision....
