  1. That is well implemented now, the engine does not tolerate mistreatment very well at all now. Nate
  2. Use the Zoom (Pretend you have Binoculars if it helps) - plan your attack in the mission planner, noting all relevant Landmarks to help you find the area of your targets. Adjust your waypoints as necessary (add a waypoint over the target area for example). Nate
  3. I define accuracy as actually striking the target. Nate
  4. Where? I think I need my eyes checked. Nate
  5. Test with AI v AI so you can actually see what they are doing. Even against cargo planes the AI isn't a one shot kill every time, but it doesn't take it long at all to send it down in flames. I think there is a case for less accuracy on the Average Setting. Nate
  6. It seems there is a difference in behaviour. The Excellent skill level fires closer to the target than the Average Skill level, and is less wasteful. That said, it is still pretty accurate on Average. Nate
  7. Player control means jumping into the vehicle itself. The Ground commander should have control of ordering units about. Nate
  8. Why has this not been posted in here? :) YD_x07p-26U Nate
  9. I'll look into that. Nate
  10. You might try altering the AI skill level in the Editor. Nate
  11. How else would it work? How would the sim know if the button press is a command or a modifier? Nate
  12. First thing I do with a new aircraft in DCS is fly down a valley following the river :) AjtSXJGxMNE Nate
  13. Check that the Zoom isn't mapped to an axis. If it is, it will override the Buttons to zoom. Nate
  14. AFAIK, the Drop Tanks are not included in the 1-100% in the mission editor, that is just for the internal tanks. As far as I understand it, anything above 68% starts filling the rear tank. Nate
  15. IIRC 68% is the point where the wing tanks are full, after that the fuselage tank gets filled. Nate
  16. I'm not sure is "Lights=1" is a supported feature, but the crash has been reported anyway. Nate
  17. Hmm - I get proper Black outs, can some one provide a track? Nate
  18. Ahh apologies, I was directing my post to nrk98 - I know about the painting bug, thanks. Nate
  19. Save a track the next time and post it here. Nate
  20. Troops etc. are being developed as feature for both Modules. It isn't tied to the Huey. Nate
