This statement is summed up in your first 2 words... The cinematic videos being produced by DCS itself, Phenom, J.P. Ferré, Venom Cinematic, Growling Sidewinder and many others (myself included) are what sell DCS to newcomers. DCS is a beautiful spectacle, enhanced by atmospheric lighting, realistic models, attention to detail and the aircraft liveries are one of the key aspects of that immersion that everybody seeks.

This has been said (by you) on several occasions and while it is possibly true, there is a suggestion that this would affect all users of DCS when in fact the multiplayer community (to which you are referring when talking about cheating) represents a small percentage of total DCS users.

Ok, In the Viper you press the COMM 2 button for VHF, enter the desired frequency of the corresponding ATC and ENTER, press F12, select the relevant ATC and the relevant request, for example INBOUND... I have been using this system for 4 years without any problems, today I get no response, I have attached a track file.. As I have said this problem ONLY started today after the 2.9 update. Thanks razo+r but this has only occurred after the 2.9 update, normally I assign 127 on COMM 2 to my wingman or in ME but also I cannot contact any airport ATC, I've been following the same procedure for 4 years without any problems but suddenly today the world is frighteningly quiet! Edit: the Viper doesn't have a PTT button as far as I'm aware.

I believe this has already been answered, create a livery manager - choice is the key word. That would suggest that your solution to all aspects of PC bloatware would be keep buying bigger storage devices...

Strange / counter intuitive ME behaviour... Load DCS Click on MISSION EDITOR Select and load a mission from the list Exit MISSION EDITOR Click on MISSION EDITOR again and BOOM - it loads an empty mission based on the last map used? Why?? Why not present you with the missions list as before??
