No everything is in dot. I just am going to try easy communications see if it works. .

In the options menu game play tab in the welcome screen change from full to dot. the ships will have full but the air craft and ground units will be dot. You cannot change it in the mission editor since the save and save as have been disabled.

I think you are supposed to order your wingman to refuel in the F10 menu. You know you can skip the refueling..

I did the update. Did a system reboot even restarted the campaign it is still the way it was before. Cannot get in to assign individual tasks. Also I changed the labels in the options from full to dot. but in the campaign they are still full. So that change had no effect. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

I did that there was an update but the campaign is the way it was. I still cannot get into the task manager and be able to switch the tasks. And the icon are the same as they where not X with a circle around them as in the video.

Where would I download the update? Thank you

Thanks for the replies. I will not buy it since I like to start my plane from scratch and take off and land. Glad I asked before spending the money.

Hi again I hate to be a bother. I am now trying to do mission 2. I checked the video and instructions. In the video and instructions the supporting plane icons in the mission planner (fish, trimmer, pickles and hooter) are x with a circle around it. You click on the X and it takes you to the trigger zone where you can change the individual tasks. In my mission planner the plane icons are the standard sort plane icon with the F in the middle. I click everywhere and cannot get to the trigger zone to change the individual tasks. Any suggestions.? Thanking you in advance.

Re did the mission and flew over the runway 27 and it worked nicely. Haven't tried the labels yet. If you don't hear from me they worked as well.. Thank you for all your help. Cheers.

Ok maybe I am doing the Senaki task incorrectly I will try it again. Do I have to fly right over runway 27 or just fly over Senaki in general. And is 1000 ft acceptable or should I be lower. Thanks for your help. When I go into mission options to change the labels I don't have to save do I? Thank you for your help.

Hi Thank you for your reply. Yes I flew over Senaki at about 1000 ft. I had lots of fuel so I skipped refueling. But also I looked and there was no option to skip the fueling. I specifically looked because it said in the manual that you can skip the refueling in the F 10 menu. But I can't see any F 10 in the menu. Yes all 4 targets were destroyed. 2 by me and 2 by my wingman. And another concern that I have. I love to start my plane from scratch so I am hoping all the missions are cold start. Also is there anyway to change the label. I like using the dot method. Simply because I use VR and the full labels are actually quite annoying and block everything out. Those are minor details i could probably live with but it would be great if every player would be able to set up the game to their preference but the actual campaign sounds pretty awesome.

Hi I completed the first mission and landed on the carrier safely. I received no code for the next mission nor any indication that the mission failed or was a success. It did record that I flew one mission and points where awarded. But when I went to fly the second mission it repeated the first mission again. Also I have no control over hooter pickle's fish and trimmer. When I check the stats they seem to have crash. Also i am not comfortable with air to air refueling. Can these missions be completed without air to air refueling? Thank you.

Hi Just got A VR. Awesome. Played the hornet and F-16 no problems. But when I went to the F-14 it wouldn't launch. I started up with no problem taxied up to the catapult, got hook up throttled up saluted, the ground crew all gave the thumbs got the ok to launce from the crew chief and nothing. Just sat on the catapult with the engines revving not launching at all. Anyone have the same problem? Any suggestions how to fix it?

I have an issue with the mouse cursor disappearing only in DCS. In regular play it was not an issue but VR I need the cursor on all the time so I can look at switches and be able to turn them on or off buy looking at them and pushing a button on my controller. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this. Thank you.

Hi this is what I do. First I take out the helicopters out with sidewinders and aim 120'sIf you miss with air to air missiles you can use the mav's to take out the remainder of the helo's . I give the wingman the order mission and rejoin. The wingman will always take out the boats with that order at least he does for me. While he is taking out the boats I go after the helo's. Like I said the mavs can be used take out the helo's but I prefer side winders. So I rearm replacing 2 of the mavs with a rack of 2 sidewinders giving you four extra sidewinders. Plenty of chances to take the helo's out with air to air missoles. While you take out the helo's your wingman takes out the boats then with the 2 mav's you have you can take out the remaining 2 boats. If by chance you waste a mav you can take the boats out with guns or order your wingman too with mission rejoin command. Works for me. I change all missions to a cold start. so far haven't had a problem

I am having all kinds of problems with these dynamic engine campaigns as well. From freezing not progressing to the next campaign. Static planes on the Carrier deck smashing into each other preventing other planes from landing planes sitting idle in the middle of the landing strip on the carrier not moving also preventing landings. Strike planes being escorted not showing up at all at the designated join time just to name a few. I wasted too much time with these campaigns trying to fix these problems I have stopped playing them all together until they fix these issues.. It is a waste of time playing them.

I really enjoy playing the DCE Campaigns. But for some reason I have constant crashes and Freezing issues just with DCE Campaigns. I have disabled Full Screen optimization as was suggested and incorporated some of the other suggestions but I still keep getting freezing issues. I have an MSI Leopard laptop i7 16 GB of Ram Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 8GB of ram. So my system more than meets the requirement. Is it an issues with the Dynamic Campaign Engine. Because all the other campaigns I have no issue with at all? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi CW4.. It uses the NTTR map. Your paths look correct. I'm not sure why its not showing up. Can you find the first mission in ME and fly the mission from ME? Hi CW. I am having the same problem. Have you been able to fix it?

Hi I installed the DCE Aphgan Bear Trap Campaign for the F-16 Viper. I made all the necessary changes in the path bat. I placed the ScriptsMod.20.38.01_S-AW in the DCE folder as required and I ran First mission Bat and up to this point everything went in smoothly. But when I went into The DCS program to run the game. Aphgan Bear Trap campaign was not listed with the other DCE campaigns in the menu. Has anyone else had the same problem and how did you fix it? Thank you.

I tried it in another campaign and it works. But I played this campaign before and it worked before. That is strange. Maybe I should contact the developer of this campaign. Thanks for your help.

It is in IFA. I used IFA before and the Auto function worked. But just recently I think just after the last update it stopped working. Cheers
