I don’t know how older that model is to the Microsoft Force Feedback 2, but when I first started here it was plug and play and DCS settings recognized it. All I had to do is bind keys.

Over 3 hours of Multiplayer server and everything is smooth and silky. 3090 vram maxed out at around 13-16 and that’s about right. thanks again !

Having issues with SVR pausing stuttering and crashing when I had fpsvr running I noticed it’s very unstable and freezes when my 3090 jumps to 23 gb … yikes anybody know what’s causing this? Never had any issues , first time my VR/G2 having issues.

Msi afterburners custom fan curve works like a charm. Set it and forget it.

I have also never seen my cpu go to 40-50ish ever. Maybe check your Steam dx setting to make sure it’s not on dx11. Just a thought I believe I have mine disabled but it’s been along time since I have been to that section in Steam.

Yup same here especially in Syria map. That why everyone is shouting 64gb of Ram and why the 3090 is king.

Yes especially in Multiplayer servers. Highly recommend if all possible.

No probs with that lastest update I kinda had issues right after the update but did a restart and all was good…weird.

Gotcha but I remember in cockpit the dials and gauges/ prints were just alittle more crisp…just alittle.

I believe if you run high performance in WMR you will get alittle more clarity in the cockpit / viper /Tomcat. I tried it and It works. But I’m sure there’s a lose somewhere else that I didn’t dig into. I went back to the quality setting.

Ted , very true about testing internet speed. On a Sunday afternoon in my neighborhood my speed goes down and start to get alittle more stutters here and there. I tested 1 day as I usually get 980ish download and 30 ish upload “ Gigablast connection “ my wife was losing her walking dead show and I was stuttering. When tested them I was getting 280ish and terrible long uploads. So yes a stable internet is most definitely crucial !

In your NVidia Control Panel what is your pre-rendered frame setting on ? If it’s on 1 maybe try setting to 3 - restart and retest. just a thought as I going to experiment with this alittle later because I heard are running it at 3 and I have always had it 1 it wouldn’t hurt to try to see if it eliminates some of the flickering.

I have always had my pre-rendered frames at 1 I’ll try 3 to see if there’s any difference. Never really thought about that option.

You may have something running in the background that is unnecessary. Try making sure Auto updates and Notifications are all disabled while running the sim/vr.

Please don’t get upset but your specs will not run the G2 and be happy about it.

Good choice ! I have enjoyed mine for sure and I like how better they snap on the lenses versus VRWave brand which I didn’t like how they would come off very easy and the shape was to square.
