  3. Sorry, my bad explanation. I mean what's the jet's reaction after flaps down in level flight ? Will the jet just constantly pitch up right after the flaps coming down? (And need immediate forward stick input to counter the pitch up? ) Thanks.
  4. Hey Lex, in the game when flaps down and FCS logic changed, the FCS will seek approximately 3.5-4 deg AOA at default trim position. If anyone try to make the transition in level flight, the jet is going to pitch up constantly(maybe because the default AOA is too high after the flaps come in?) until the airspeed is no longer able to hold the plane. I'm wondering how the real jet works out in the transition if not flaps down in break turn(eg. a direct approach)? Could U plz give us some info? Thanks.

  8. Try not to use the MSAA override in Nvidia Control panel, use the game setting instead. I use a GTX970 when I set 2X AA override in the drive, and the FPS is drop to 30 in dubai city. When I set MSAA 2X in the game and MFAA ON in the drive, the FPS get to 49-60 at same location.

  14. I would rather prefer the HDD datalink more than the meanless TWS2.
  15. Blue side mudmover all got agood RWR which will display a "29", clear enough to tell them to get away and won't fly straight towards U in beautiful formation when they get a 29 STT lock warning. And to the helicopter, with the poor & weak radar , it's quite difficult to find even 1 chopper , not to mention 2 choppers fly low in formation. Most time U will lose the lock halfway and trash the in flight missile.

TWS2 is very useless against any skilled pilots, U can NOT control which 2 should be locked and the 2 targets had to be very close in order that U can actually achieve the TWS2, that's very rare in MP consider that R-77 have such short effective range. Also TWS2 won't give U additional information about the second bandit, and the TWS2 mode will give both enemy lock/launch warning. It don't have any advantage that the AN/APG-63 can give U, plus MiG-29 only carry 4*R-77(2 for ETs), U don't have that much ammo to be wasted. All concluded that the TWS2 mode is just useless to most situations, don't bother with it.
  17. Oh, forgot to say that since now the MiG29S HDD is just a HUD repeater,MiG29S won't be able to take the advantage of the digital datlink of Red side.
  18. Primary because the MiG29S is a short range fighter with fewer missile, much fewer countermeasures ,poor radar & poor ECM compare with other heavy fighters. The only "advance" point of MiG29S is that it can carry R77, but since the missile is very "SOFT", and the Su/MiG don't have a true TWS mode that not tigger the missile launch warning, the MiG29S won't buy much good in FC3 MP conditions.
  19. +1 When entering MP with lots of units(like the 104th), U will have to wait for a very long time(2 mins plus even with SSD after reaching the A/C section UI) before U can do anything smoothly.
  20. Your second shot will total be wasted if U don't launch them in close range (ie. inside the RTR). Enemy can simply evade both missiles kinetically by turning cold. If U are hunting AI which only carry SARH missile , your first shot is enough for the pressure(launch at 75-80% Rmax ). Just get closer for the second shot.
  21. Don't use your ER directly headon, it's complete useless against any pro pilots, especially in FC3. (Don't believe the bullshit that U can out range the AIM120C in BVR) ET can be tried at 18KM headon however. Try to find some wingman or leader, one for decoy and one for sneak attack. Never enter a battle that U can't obviously gain some advantage, that's how a SU live in FC3. Use your ER at close range and try launch at look up situation, U will find your ER hit something a lot of eaiser.
  22. The most important thing is the landing AOA and G/S. 270km/h seem to be a acceptable speed but that's depend on your GW. If U are carrying 9t fuel and full loadout, 270 is bit slow; and if U carried 1.5t fuel, 270 is a bit fast. U actually need a Vapp like the Commercial Jets can give U, but most fighter in the game do not have this ability.So AOA is the most important thing U need to control
  23. 清单中有不少条目是直译的, 在中文环境下听上去, 就会有些硬梆梆和怪, 不太贴合国内的环境。 举个最简单的例子, Eject翻译成“弹射”字面是不错, 但国内基本都只说“跳伞”, 类似于这种情况还是不少。
