There's no sob story here. Due to the circumstances (health related) and that I simply didn't care for it, I never went for the real thing. But I do know I loved flight sims since I was a kid, started with ACE (C64) then moved on to Amiga (Fighter Bomber, F18 Interceptor, F29 Retaliator etc..).

I agree with Hajduk and I think the politicall corectness and niceness should be thrown out the window when it comes to the money pledged. I don't expect from Leatherneck simulations anything in return and I understand it's not their fault but I do feel kinda silly that the money I pledged didn't, in the end, go to the project and that possibly, someone just took it. So yeah, if it's Beczl or whoever, he/they should be held accountable. It's a matter of principles, especially if the Letherneck sims are also loosing money by having to cover for someone elses theft and provide free copies of the game to the folks who pledged.. So the question is quite simple: who took the money from the IndieGoGo campaign? Do we have to wait for an answer for months or will it be put under the rug because we don't want to stirr any pot or 'offend' someone?

^^Because it's a smart business move to keep every option on the table. But in reality, DCS right now is not their priority and I don't think that's gonna change any time soon.

I'm amazed that this thread is still alive. IRIS' interests are not in DCS and that is pretty much clear. They've abandoned the project long time ago. What their -future- plans might hold for DCS is a different matter though..but I don't see much point in discussing it..

Irregardless of the current situation, I seriously doubt all of that work and the module which is near to be finished, is just going to get thrown away over some dispute. Whatever happens, in the end, I really believe we'll be seeing the module getting released. The only bummer is the situation itself which will definetelly lead to more delays..which is quite dissapointing but I can live with that as long as there's a happy ending.. :D

You get both A-10A and Su-25A as part of the Flaming Cliffs 3 package. The cockpits -look- very realistic and are 6DOF but unlike Ka-50 cockpit, those of A10A and Su25 are NOT clickable. :)

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if we see Su-27 AFM released before the 15C as Flanker was developed by ED paraller to the Belsimtek's work on Eagle.

Maybe you should rather wait for the AFM (Advanced Flight Model) for the F-15C which would make landings a lot more interesting (rather then starting now using, soon-to-be-obsolete standard flight model which makes landing 'scripted').
