Good afternoon, I previously posted about this but after running the repair the bug has come back again. When I sit in the CPG seat the George interface will only show when in the CMWS page and not for any of the other pages making it virtually impossible to use the Apache when in the front seat. It works fine when I am in the Pilots seat just the CPG seat that it is bugged. I have ran the repair again and also re-installed the Apache but the bug will no longer clear. Many thanks. So I ran exactly the same mission last night, so have been able to compare back to back. Scanning an SA2 site and then selecting the tracking radar, then engage..............George either missed completely several times, mostly with missile and terrain collisions or when he finally did shoot something he shot the wrong target, not the one I had selected, he did that multiple times. 1: General accuracy seems worse than last Beta version ( I was using the K model ) 2: George doesn't engage the target you selected when there is a group I can't imagine this is my imagination as it is the polar opposite of my experience in the previous version, which almost made me wonder if they were too accurate ?

Hello all, not sure if this is a bug or not or if I'm just doing something wrong. I'm trying to get some cinematic shots for a video I'm making. The shot is I want an AI F18 to pass half way over the carrier deck and than break off. I set three way points, one right where the break is to happen, one to the left, and another one further down. all way points are set to flyover, even when i have it selected for turning point, either or, the AI breaks before even getting to the carrier and want's to land despite I've given no instruction in the way points in the mission editor to do so. Again this a bug or just something I'm doing wrong?

F18 hornet trim was working last week now not working horizontal elevator on full nose up trim and won't trim nose down all bindings were set as before, even did a repair and still no joy. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. any suggestions . It's a older computer but runs program on Hi with no problems until now.I've got latest updates, anyway to restore older versions of program. John

The radar sweeps but will not pick up a moving target on ground or sea. I was flying a mission that I set up, and instead of turning off A/G and turning on A/A, I simply selected the AMRAAM with the switch on the stick (Thrustmaster F-18 model) and fired the missle. When I switched back to A/G, I could change ranges, change modes, but moving targets did not display on the radar. I switched over to the TPOD and locked on the target, and the lock crosshair displayed on the SMT radar where the target should be, but the target did not. I tried resetting with Master Arm to safe and starting the process over again, but same result.

Hey folk, Went through the start sequence for the F18, did the fire test and although the warning lights operated correctly no Bitchin Betty sounds came on, all the switch/engine/external sounds work ok, tried the radio calls an although the "subtitles" came up, once again no verbal radio calls/answers worked, not sure WTF is going on..... TIA -
Hi. So I Fly my F16 and the hud will shut off. I roll the dial up and it will show again but then just at random it will turn off. It continuously happened to the point I gave up on flying it till its fixed Wondering if this is a bug or whats wrong with my hud. anyone else having this same issue

Hello, Ive watched both Matt Wagner's and the Grim Reapers videos on dropping GBU's using the Targeting pod and I am not having any luck. The CCRP cue line is always pointing somewhere other than the target usually up against the side of the HUD into unknown space. Ive been driving the hog for sometime and I cant figure out what I am doing wrong on the 16. Initially I was just flying into the area find and lock up the target with the TGP as SOI with TMS up. The CCRP does not slew over stays on the right side of HUD. The weapon was setup in CCRP mode. I had master mode AG on, master arm and laser ON, SMS right MFD with GBU10 selected and designated for CCRP. Left MFD set to TGP and as SOI. So I went back to the mission editor and placed a specific steer point over the target. The TGP is on it as expected and briefed in the videos but, the CCRP is still not moving, just stays off to the side marking unknown space. I tried to fly the line to see where it points but it seems its always off to the side. I tried a third flight like the second but changed out weapons from GBU to CBU and MK84SE and still not able to get the CCRP to work. I apologizer if I didnt find a thread on this I did look but didnt find anything specific to my troubles. Anyone out there tell me what I am doping wrong? thanks in advance.

I used the HMD to designate, then used the FLIR to slew the cursor over to the target, then designated. The pod would slowly walk off target. Second issue - using the LMAV, I could designate but couldnt launch. the IRMAV was just fine. Both times I had designated with the TGP and not the HMD, although I DID try to designate with the HMD a few times as well, still couldnt get it to launch for some reason. Third issue - using JDAMs in point track, none of my bombs hit the target, although they DID hit the exact same spot in different attack runs. Everything is in the track file. Im fairly certain I did everything correct, I had someone on comms as well troubleshooting with me while I was training with them. Ive never had this issue before...granted I havent flown in a month, but maybe someone can help me by looking at my track file?

I tried to release two JDAM on building. the map has 3 building in the same area. I put the first 2 target's coordinate in JDAM PP mode, then I assigned the ATFLIR to the third building. after releasing the two JDAMs: one JDAM hit the target, but the second JDAM seems to follow the ATFLIR coordinates rather that the imbedded INS coordinates! don't know if this is correct behavior or bug. I attached two track files (JDAM.trk,JDAM1.trk) for this issue with ACMI file for reference. I also noticed that hitting OSB PP1,PP2.... twice will shift to TOO mode from PP mode, is that correct ? I have been flying the A10 for 2 years and am well versed on using the 65D maverick. Since 2.7, some seekers refuse to lock on anything, however after cycling the EO power, they return to function. Typically the first missile will lock fine, but switching to the second rack (carrying 3 per side) will result in a non-locking missile. Included test mission file which recreates what I saw one Syria map and a different Caucuses map Test mission is on Caucuses using the A10CII with 3x 65D on each side. Active pause (Left Windows + Left Shift + Pause) shortly after spawn with ground targets ~3 miles ahead. Target and launch all on right wing, or fire one from right wing, then deactivate the right wing station in the DSMS, the Maverick camera will reset to the left wing missile and the new active missile won't lock unless you cycle EO power (3 minutes). China Hat zoom level didn't make any difference. Boat switch was forward. I haven't seen anything like this in 2 years, so hopefully I am not the only one seeing this problem. Ran into this issue where the emergency jettison triggered when I was dropping a GBU-12 in CCRP mode. I realize it will be hard to prove since the linked video indicate that the emergency jettison button is pushed but I can assure you I did not push that button. I've double checked my bindings and I couldn't find any trace that my weapon release button would cause emergency jettison to be triggered. If that would be the case this would occur every time I weapon release. However I do have the emergency button bound on a separate button which is far from accidental triggers especially when I'm already pressing on the weapon release. The reason I think it's a bug is that I've had another friend run into the same exact issue. I use T flight hotas and I have strange issue when realesing bombs. When I push and release weapon realese button with ccip or auto mode it doesn't release bombs like it does ralt-space. I have to actually double click flight stick realese button before it do anything? -
Yet another issue I found with DCS: F-16C Viper. Now I know this airplane is very much work in progress but it appears this is a very specific bug I was unable to replicate until very recently. Condition: Aircraft - F-16C Viper DCS Version - 2.5.6.61527 Open Beta Map - Caucasus (not a factor) Environment - Multiplayer hosting a server (not a factor, also happens as a client) Weather - Clear (not a factor) Time of day - Morning (not a factor) Mission - Simple AGM-65 Maverick mission (not a factor). Description/Report: Flight begins cold and dark. Aircraft is powered on, engine started. After all systems become online, I then proceed to turn on the TGP and Maverick to perform the Boresight alignment. Bug/error/glitch description: Turning on both the Mavericks and Right Hardpoint for the TGP I wait 3 minutes for power on self test. DCS World completely freezes after TGP turns on, but all other clients on session remain flying. Computer is still going but Windows task manager states DCS is not responding. I am unable to fly after this. I waited a few minutes, situation is unchanged. Additional: I performed a complete repair and deleted both Metashaders and FXO folders. No luck. DCS always freezes once the F-16 TGP completes the power on test. This situation didn't occur with any other Aircraft using TGP. I don't have any mods, just custom textures and couple of export.lua addons (tacview, SRS and DCS Interface). I created a small track file with what I do until the freeze. Maverick page is missing the crosshairs making it really hard to pick a target. I noticed since 2.7 And when adjusting the MFD brightness with the BRT button, if I raise the brightness, it works fine, but when I change to another page, the brightness goes to the default position. So I need to scale it up again. It is as if I had to adjust the brightness for all the different MDF pages.

I'll apologize if this has been discussed before, but a quick search yielded no results, so... Sometimes when I move a rotary dial in the cockpit of the hornet (has occurred both on ground and in the air) seems only near the start of a mission, the wing unlock will briefly sound and the wing fold handle will move to the fold position. The wing fold warning will then disappear and the wings will stay extended. whenever this happens I can no longer move the wing fold handle through joystick, keyboard, or mouse control input. I thought it was just a controller file burp I had on my old beta install, but after building a new machine and a clean install, there it is again. Before you jump all over me - yes, I have cleared every command from the wing fold control scheme and it still pops up about every 1 in 5 flights... Anyone else seen this? Are there any fixes or workarounds? CB

Seem like this can be repro-ed in SP as well Repro steps 1. Load up the 156 with 5-by-1 load (5x 120C, 1x 9X). the 9X needs to be on station 2 or the equivalent on the other wing (aka the A/A only station that is next to wingtip). 2. Cold start, take off, go back and forth between A/G master -> A/A master -> DFGT and back. Should work as normal. Notice that when entering A/A mode , 9X is usually selected first. 3. Land, re-arm the plane with A/G bombs and missiles, however, remove pylons from station 2 and equivalent on the other wing. Not just remove the payload, but entire pylon. 4. Take off with new load out, go into A/G mode, then A/A mode (notice if there isn't any 120 VISUAL ring on the HUD), then try DFGT switch to enter DFGT mode. This hang/crash the game on my end. OG post: I can't nail down the exact repro yet but i usually see this when trying to get into A/A mode (by pressing A-A master mode button on the UFC) while being in A/G mode (responding to air threat). Then when i can't see the VISUAL circle of the 120 on the HUD, i tried to get into the DGFT mode and the game usually just hang. Attached file is for the entire flight, the hang happens at the end.
