FC 1.1 to FC 2.0 compability thread

Despite the server integrity check discussion, it is very interesting to check out which of the great FC 1.1 mods are still compatible to FC 2.0.

As a first experiment, I modified my Modman 7.1.1.0 to work with FC 2.0. Then I checked my MiG-29-MFD-Mod, and it worked well !

I tested Western Style Runways 3.0 and it works fine.

I'm no Hog Flyer, but there seems to be a problem wiith the Mod in FC 2.0

Guess it would be the same if I did it via ModMan.

3GO Su-27 1.5 mod also works in 2.0, haven't tried the Su-27P mod yet

Is it possible using mods from DCS to FC 2.0 too?

I would think not as DCS and FC2 structure is the same.

Obviously folder names would be different so need to be changed in the mod.

MiG-29 centerline Fuel-tank 3D model is also good and works fine (consists of LOM model and texture)

I can confirm that the A-10A skin works perfectly when installed with ModMan :director:

SkyeRiders smoke mod also works beautifully with FC2. It reduces the effect of toilet paper trails. :)

Just place the file onto MODMAN 7.2.0.0. FC2 Addons and your good to go.

Please add to this list any MODs you have confirmed as working in FC2.

All of the new weapon models, like bombs and pods work with FC 2.0.

The realistic moon size mod works fine too, just like the sun size one.

Any nice and working F-15 cockpit mod for FC 2.0?

Hey how did you install this mod I tried yesterday with mod man it worked for the model of the fuel tank but the texture was half black on one side of the tank ? I don't have this problem with other weapons,pods from FC1 in FC2 any idea ?
