How do I find out if I have any bonus I cannot seem to find any information where to look. Thanks!

When did you check your account the last time? When Wags announced the new system, the bonuses where not yet visible. But some hours later (i.e. at least now), I can see all my purchases and the total bonus amount.

 

Otherwise I would probably open a ticket to contact the customer support.

If my order Id for a specific product is low (say, 11) does that mean that I was the 11th person who bought the product? :joystick:

Based on my order IDs, I am fairly sure that the order numbers are incremental, so order ID 11 is probably the 11th purchase ever made from the E-shop.

As of today, I have 11 order ID's and ZERO bonus. I have bought everything at full price. Loyal full price buyers get nothing?

I figured it out . The post only said to register them, not how to do it. A bit confusing at first.

 

You need to register your products for the bonus. There is a button for doing that in the first link of my other post. You can get your order IDs from the second link.

 

Either way, glad you figured it out. I'll probably be using mine on the F-86 =P We'll see though.

I was under the impression you can only use bonus' to save up to 30%.

When I purchase my next Module which will be the Sabre no doubt. How do I include this bonus with the rest of my payment? I have $16.00 in my bonus, so want to use this with the rest of my payment. Thanks!

You cant while it is classified as "new" you will need to wait till that period has passed before being eligible to use the points on it. And at that time you can only use up to 30% off the full price.

I'm sorry but I read the rules and where does it say you can't use bonus points on a "new" product?

Son of a... thank you. Go figure it's not under "1. The Terms of Receiving and Using Bonuses" because that would make too much sense. lol

 

Thanks for pointing it out though. So much for the usefulness of the bonus system.. If I have to wait for the NEW to not be there, I might as well wait for a sale that will be more than 30% off. haha gg

The bonus system is IMO a joke.

 

I can't use it to buy "new" modules and for the older modules can only use the balance for 20% of the module price. Probably a lot cheaper to just wait for a sale.

 

As someone who bought ALL DCS products at full price I feel a bit... unhappy.
