piXel496 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I have a question and I could not find the answer. Is Belsimtek making or will the the F-15C Eagle ever be made with an active cockpit; (ASM)? . old stuff I made
GeorgeLKMT Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 We don't know as there wasn't any announcement about it. Only this info from the last year: We are considering the possibility of creating a complete avionics model with clickable cockpit and accurate systems modeling. This would be a major development however, so a final decision has not yet been made. That's all there is really. ■ L-39C/ZA Czech cockpit mod ■ My DCS skins ■
NRG-Vampire Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 pretty sure they are waiting for a better radar implementation by ed same as implementation multiplayer front seat/back seat capability - by ed as well for the huey and hip
SuperSix2 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 the front/back seat capability wouldn't really matter for an F-15C. Now, an F-18D or F-15E.
NRG-Vampire Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 the front/back seat capability wouldn't really matter for an F-15C. Now, an F-18D or F-15E. can you read my previous post ? i help: for the huey and hip we are in belsimtek sub-forum, belsimtek will be the first team who will use that front/back seat capability right after ed - for the huey and hip of course they will use it later for an F-18D or F-15E as well i just pointed out they need a correct radar simulation/implementation first - from ed - for an f-15c asm
SilentGun Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 the front/back seat capability wouldn't really matter for an F-15C. Now, an F-18D or F-15E. The F-15C doesn't have a back seat... Link to my Imgur screenshots and motto http://imgur.com/a/Gt7dF One day in DCS... Vipers will fly along side Tomcats... Bugs with Superbugs, Tiffy's with Tornado's, Fulcrums with Flankers and Mirage with Rafales... :)The Future of DCS is a bright one:)
Blaze Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 The F-15C doesn't have a back seat... You misread his cockpit, he said it wouldn't matter for the F-15C (i.e. because it only has one seat). i7 7700K | 32GB RAM | GTX 1080Ti | Rift CV1 | TM Warthog | Win 10 "There will always be people with a false sense of entitlement. SUBS17 Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 The F-15C doesn't have a back seat... F-15D, B, E and SE have back seats. Maybe some day some one will model those. [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]
WRAITH Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 (edited) F-15D, B, E and SE have back seats. Maybe some day some one will model those. That would be nice, but also for the HAWK T1, F-16D, F-18B and F-14B just to name a few that would add heaps of benefits. Although I get what you mean for WSO I believe was your point. I also hope it does come with full click-able cockpit. Cheers, Edited September 10, 2014 by WRAITH

Kayos Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 It will be pretty cool when we have multiple seats :) Is that feature coming with 2.0 or after? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Paganus Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 It will be pretty cool when we have multiple seats :) Is that feature coming with 2.0 or after? It will be coming with the DCS L-39 apparently. We don't know when that will be or under which version.
