I think previously you'd put the text rather than the real link by accident as checking the properties of the first version it was still blah/download/xo..._mount.bmp.dds rather than blah/download/xoodvcbroqswc2x/noise_mount.bmp.dds as it is in your reposted link. So the first one wasn't actually a valid URL.

Once it is installed is it there until you uninstall dcs or copy over with the backup I make before overwriting? It seems I should copy over the respective files (after making a back up)with the included files in the download? Thanks in advance.
