59th_Siluro Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Cool- yes. Better looking? ummmm... Is that a dial of some sort in the center? I think there you can calibrate it or change profile or something like that.:)
zaelu Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 Maybe is the rudder trim wheel :megalol: you can use your toe for operating it. Force_Feedback Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Guess it will have blue disco powerleds on it, and some neon lights featured in the Pro version. The knob is for the built-in heater :D Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
snomhf Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 It's a tension adjustment. You dial in the stiffness of the pedals with it. The pedals appear to be a little further apart than the CH Pro Pedals. That would be nice to have them a bit further apart. They should sell well. ---------- Click here for details ---------- Abit AV8 MB, AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 1.5 GB DDR, GeForce 6600GT/256MB AGP, CH Fighterstick/Pro Throttle/Pro Pedals/Throttle Quad/DT225 Trackball, TIR4
NEODARK Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 when are these supposed to launch, and what price? they should go along my blue disco light X52 quite well :D

NEODARK Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Thanks, didnt see that in the release.. a tad expensive it seems, I thought they'd be under $100, August? bah..
S77th-konkussion Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 it says something about "Tension adjustment" Ahh -that is cool. (Sorry- I was not able to read the article at the time of first post) [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=43337&d=1287169113[/sIGPIC]
S77th-Paralyzer Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Very nice! I've been waiting for good pedals. 1
Force_Feedback Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Now you can have a disco for your feet :/ I already got a Christmas tree for a joystick, that's enough for me. Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
solly Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 I wonder if they will work with Thrusmaster Couger or is it USB.
SUBS17 Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 Nice even has toe brakes SWEET:thumbup: [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]

S77th-konkussion Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 I can't help but note that when I hold up MY left hand- my thumb does not appear to be mounted in such a fashion to use those HAT's on the left throttle effectively. ;) [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=43337&d=1287169113[/sIGPIC]
bflagg Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 What is up with the "LED" craze that is going on at Saitek...??? It is the most singular annoyance for me (x45 still in service) Thanks, Brett
Crusty Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 I can't help but note that when I hold up MY left hand- my thumb does not appear to be mounted in such a fashion to use those HAT's on the left throttle effectively. ;) do you mean the front hat?, I think that is operated with the fore finger, there is a similiar one on the x45 throttle oo err...missus:animals_bunny: ** Anti-Pastie**
Force_Feedback Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 What is up with the "LED" craze that is going on at Saitek...??? It is the most singular annoyance for me (x45 still in service) Guess it attracts 10 yr olds into (arcade) simming, those leds have a function though, when it's dark, and you evter your room, you have a reference point :/ Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
ARM505 Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 Will the pedals be useable for racing sims? I really need to simplify the underdesk chaos (currently old CH pedals into the Cougar, which removes their ability to be used for race sims, and logitech MOMO pedals which are utterly crap)....I know CH pedals can. I know it's supposed to have toe brake functionality, but will that make for a precision throttle/brake pedal setup?
S77th-konkussion Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 I'm kidding. I know we're looking at the forward end of the thing. I like it. [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=43337&d=1287169113[/sIGPIC]
