I want to say thank you for this campaign as well!! It was my very first multiplayer experience, after a couple of weeks flying single-player, and it totally blew my mind. Really looking forward to future events!

Btw, the server on 1.5 seems to be paused at the moment?

Great job both sides!

We will soon open MVP nominations and poll for round 3.

A slow database responce creates this message in the A2G list page 5,6,7.....

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyPHP-5.3.5.0\www\DCS\BlueFlag\PilotsAG.php on line 623

Especially when you factor for the fact that read had 25%+ more hours clocked than blue and blue had about 20%+ more hours locked in fighters than red. ;)

Its because you are doing circles with your F15 when everyone is sleeping :D

Stats are nice but that would be even greater if by chance we could get amount of sorties/plane so we can get an attrition rate :) I am really curious about survivability. RedFor Su-25 production line isn't going to get out of business :D

Red war machinery dominated this one i guess. :pilotfly: Like the last time redfor did a great effort and worked together but this time it was a bit more balanced out with players during nighttime (even thought it was in favour for red this time, but not as bad as it was for blue before).

Hold them off against all odds!

Whether the server checks the files introduced DCS, to prevent the use of modifications and cheats that give advantages?

sorry for the Google translation.

Yes we have integrity check that prevents to enter if you have modified weapons etc.

Hey Xcom, Greg, any chance we can get that list of players logged in by hour for red and blue for this event like we had for the last round? Be curious to see how much blue was outnumbered by.

I have been reading about these Blue Flag events, and I really wish I was better at this and eventually join a multiplayer game one day. It sure seems to be a lot of fun :)

Bite the bullet and join in. I've learned and improved 10 fold flying this event. There is a space, slot, and task for every skill level.

from what i saw throughout the days was that during European early morning there were (every day) around 10 blue vs 0 reds for a couple of hours.

during that time blue usually (re-) captured everything up to beslan on the east and up to sochi on the west.

then, during European noon and early afternoon it was mostly red players (around 10 against 0-2 blues) taking their turn in (re-)capturing the mid-coastal areas from sochi to sukhumi.

late afternoons would see the emergence of the blue F-15 pilots of death from above, which occasionally left the red helicopter pilots frustrated and well... dead :)

while i am pretty sure this was a general pattern throughout the 7 days, of course it varied more or less every day. since the event ended around European midnight, it was just before the mystic all blue early morning flood, so that saved Redfor i think :)

also worth mentioning: the almost endless PTSD inducing battles of Tbilisi... Red helicopters sneaking through the night, slowly creeping forward bit by bit... while high above (not really that high most of the times.. :) ) an endless swarm of hungry blue eagles were circling, waiting for the perfect moment to strike down on another poor helicopter!

ps: honestly the blue F-15s were ruling the skys and it was frustrating sometimes... but it was a really great experience. especially when the server was really full with pilots of both sides.

Hello. Yes, will check but even if so the numbers are not changing the final result.

Greg

Have you checked yet? I tried to check myself but the statistics (even the events) only show deaths of units and it doesn't even show their position so it is difficult to find FARP/airfield captures in the statistics.

I know the final result is not affected by this FARP. I just want the final map status to reflect the actual final state of the map.

Blue clearly lost since most of our players were busy jerking off to 1.5. :)

YES I AM LOOKING AT YOU, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! :P

1.5 did show significant increases to FPS (FAPS per second).

Yes there was less pilots on blue side this time but not that significantly. On other side all that red pilots who was rookies in first two rounds, show us that their skill are improve and it will be much better even in next round. Bravo red guys you have my full respect.....
