I'm having a problem with the communication menu after the last patch. Whenever I'm in Mirage and manually change frequency on my radio(not by changing channels) and then click the " \ " button, the list is empty. If I only change channels, everything is ok. My friends from my squadron reported the same problem on different modules as well. Easy comm off. Not sure if it's relevant, but we're using SimpleRadio Standalone.

are you using multiple monitors? check to see if dcs isnt rendering your comms menu in the top right where a monitor doesnt exist ... this is what happened to me.

I only use one monitor. It's not like after pressing the button nothing shows up, I only see "V/UHF" word or something like that, but the list is empty (no F1,F2,F8 Ground Crew etc.).

I confirm about this very annoying issue.

We faced, some mutiplayer friends and I, since the last friday update, this exact same behavior while practicing refueling and trying to get landing clearance. It doesn't happen in single player mode.

This has nothing to do with multiple monitors. Nothing has changed in our computers and this started to happen only since the last fridy update as I said before. The menu, or some parts of it, sometimes comes back again finally when we land and sometimes in the air randomly. it disapear again at a later time.

Could you please correct this since it is completely unplayable in multiplayers especialy when it is nedded to communicate with either the ATC, flights or tankers.

I do not understand how the developpers do not do some regressions testing. It is very strange the way the software developpement is handled there.

Are you really professionnels to not fully test your work ? It is really a shame to see that !

Thank you for your understanding.

I can confirm that there are some issuews with the radio menu. Some times after taking off from an airfield and landing again the radio menu becomes unresponsive, you can still get into the menu with the communication button but the function keys to select any option don't work.

this happened today for me when i was flying in ka-50 in MP.after requesting take off the communication menu freezed at "abort take off" menu and it was impossible to return to parent menu or reopen the communication menu .i couldn't fix it with changing channel selector and pressing "" and " Ralt+" keys.

We are having the same problem. It doesn't seem to be linked to any particular switch or action in the cockpit. Sometimes it happens shortly after spawning, somtimes it takes a little longer. The comms menu even does come back sometimes, like after landing.

FWIW, we are using Univers Radio, although I fail to see how that could have an impact.

Same issue tonight in MP with M-2000. We failed the mission because we had to air refuel but without radio menu it's a bit complicated..... "Happy" to spend all my afternoon editing my mission for "nothing".

Happened to me some days ago on 104th server too.

CHPL: I don't think pulling out the only one wired keyboard solving the problem.

"It works, thanks!" --> A possible workaround, I not tested yet.

Split flights is not an acceptable way for many of us.

BIGNEWY: sorry, as I experienced the communication menu issues are random

and there are 3 weird behaviour:

- don't popup

- popup with caption

- popup with caption and F12. exit

Please increase of the priority to fix this.

I experienced this at first several updates before with Ka-50.

I fly most of the time FC3 aircrafts, I think any FC3 plane could generate the bug.
