Great video of the rampstart, please can you tell us if the cockpit will be completely in English because I don't speak Swedish.

Thanks in advance, Skull.

There will be an English option for most labels except for some of the more obvious instruments.

We need a looped 10 hours long video of Cobra just messing with switches and pushing buttons!

Them SOUNDS!

I loved all the clicks and snaps of the dials, switches, and even the throttle. Its like an FSX A2A Productions aircraft! :pilotfly:

Those numbers where he programmed 9099 usually describe heading and distance to waypoints. First 3 digits direction last 3 digits distance in hectometers. so 99.9km is the max displayable range between waypoints.
Hi,

In this video we can read 9099 or more precise 909900

When you explain that first 3 digits are direction, 90 is 90° direction.

And 99 for 99 hectometers ?

Thanks in advance for your explanation, Skull.

That is not a data input, it is a command (to load data from the cartridge).

Since there is no alphanumeric keyboard, different commands have different numeric codes. I assume that the commands have a number series that can never be mistaken for coordinates etc.

Thanks BravoYankee for your explanation.

Other question about landing bases and the numbers is possible to find these numbers today or will be avalaible with the Viggen's module ?

Landing bases (Airbases or airfields, or other landing sites) always begin the number 9, fol-lowed by a 0 and then two digits corresponding to each airfield. Please refer to the kneeboard or attached documentation for further details and list of reference numbers.

Thanks again, Skull.
