Cyph3r
Toggled on and off? Strange behaviour. How so? We just can't accept a huge number of orders right now and as it's a new platform, we need to go through the entire process with a manageable amount of orders. It will be naturally scaled up over the coming days and I'll post an announcement when it's running full time. Edited September 29, 2017 by Cyph3r ► Website: www.virpil.com // ► Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/VirPilControls // ► Twitter: https://twitter.com/VirPilControls For support please email support@virpil.com to open a ticket! Cyph3r
How many orders have you got through amazon.co.uk? And for how long was the shop "on"? As per my last announcement, it will be coming on later today, and as mentioned we'll only be collecting a very small number of orders to start with. ► Website: www.virpil.com // ► Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/VirPilControls // ► Twitter: https://twitter.com/VirPilControls For support please email support@virpil.com to open a ticket! Winger
They're getting toggled on and off each day as we collect (very) small numbers of orders. This is so that we can go through the entire process with the EU/Amazon platform and ensure there are no issues. Also due to the demand we're experiencing with orders just from http://www.virpil.by, we need to be realistic with any extra demand we can handle at this precise moment in time! I understand. Can you tell me the price thats listed on amazon for the base only and base plus standard grip please? Also the shipping to germany if ordered on amazon would be nice. fritzchris
Hi I have a Problem with my T50 The X axis is not working any more. A couple Days ago everything worked fine, I changed nothing and today the X Axis is dead. The Y and Z is working and all Buttons work. In the VPC Programm the X axis also Show no movement. I tried to restart the PC, disconnect the Joystick but it did not work. The only thing i did yesterday, I connected the Warthog Base and tried to callibrate the Warthog with a Programm from Thrustmaster. But i did not touch the T50. Is it possible that the Thrustmaster Programm messed all up? Christoph

MBot
My grip is making a LOT of groaning plastic sounds when under load (strong spring, 175mm extension). Anyone experiencing the same?

Mbot try tightening up all the grip screws, just be careful to not strip them out. Quieted mine down quite a bit, if it starts to happen again I'll do the same but with some blue loctite added. dburne
Finally got my new Virpil base I ordered in yesterday afternoon. I have already spent a few hours with it, so good to be flying with it again as I had been using my old Warthog in the meantime. As some will recall I had butchered my original gimbal trying to get a cam screw out. They kindly put the soft center cams and soft springs in for me. This resulted in the feel I was really looking for. I did a little tweaking with the screw adjustments at the top of the base ( great feature) to get the center feel where I like it and spring tension to my liking. The pitch cam they installed is apparently not as polished as the extra cams it came with ( they look great), it has a small amount of coarse feel to it when moving along the pitch axis. No big deal for me, as I really don't even notice it whilst flying. Cyph3r very kindly offered to send me some new soft center cams, but I declined this kind offer as changing cams is not something I want to get into again. Although I understand they use better screws now and I should not have that issue again. It really feels great to have it going once again, and I am very pleased. I want to thank Cyph3r again for all the support he gave me during this whole process. Hi Sport - I'm very sorry about the delays, what's your order number? I've given out what should be accurate estimates to everyone who had contacted me today. We're working around the clock to get caught up with the demand! dburne's situation is different as it was relating to the issues he had with his previous MT-50 base.
