Currently working on a FOLLOW ME Jeep for the Allies.

 

Getting close to finishing it off.

 

When I figure out how to zip it and post it I'll throw it on here.

I'm now working on the hummer to give it a checkered past as well :lol:

 

What is the preference for a modern Follow Me vehicle Red, Yellow or Black.

 

(I'm leaning towards the Red)

 

It's a WIP at the moment & I was just after some opinions before I got too far in.

 

The Jeep has been submitted to the user files section on the DCS website.

I'll post the link if it makes it.

Good idea, now that you mention they do look out of place.

Even more so as the final scheme won’t have as many checkers on it.

(More like a civilian airport safety car)

 

The Jeep should be up and running on the DCS user file section.

Let me know if it doesn’t work.

I’d have to check to be sure, but I think it was Arial.

I made a 'hummer' folder in   'C:\Users\(your PC name)\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\hummer\'   like so, and then placed the Follow Me Yellow folder in the hummer folder but I do not get a choice for "Follow Me Yellow" in the ME after placing the Hummer into the mission. Has the file structer changed in the last few years for this vehicle? Awesome skins BTW and the Jeep works great!

Check the case of the folder name, should be "hummer", like this:

 

 

It appears on the Mission Editor, first select the vehicle and then the livery, like so:
