Did you guys ever tweak the FOV? I'm thinking this might fail IC, since the file is Server.lua. But for single player and for the Rift S, it does help to reduce the FOV from 140, to 120. Since the Rift S FOV is only 115.

No but server.lua of the server will win... use snapview.lua instead

Does anyone have a ready-made version of this mod that only applies the rendering mask and MSAA mask, but nothing else is changed?

I am using OvGME, so I load the Kegetys first, then the IC Pass after.

no just the IC Pass Clear Water, I modified Kegetys original base ... and you just install the IC Pass clear water mod

Can anyone help with an annoying bug I seem to have. I first thought it was a DCS problem but by removing this mod the ship wake's are fine again. As I get close to a ship wake they stay on the screen even if I'm not looking at the wake anymore. They don't go away and move around with my head movements. I've tried the latest version and it's the same.

Thats the water mod. You have to delete the water.fx mod, recompile the shaders, or do some adjustments to make it work within the water.fx file. That water.fx file though breaks integrity though, so might not be worth it in the end. If you look back a few pages, theres an issue thats exactly what you complain about now that I complained about...the fix is listed there somewhere.

Thank you.

I deleted the water.fx file which fixed it, the water looks completly different now.

I appear to have a new problem now though. The edges of the canopy and fins infront of the Hornet canopy are blurry against the sea. It also looks very odd in the outside view.

did you delete the shaders folders? the Metadata shaders, FXO folders in saved games?

The lines that are not in bold I imagine that serve to know exactly where I should add the three that you mention.

And they should be in the original "Compose.fx" file

But I have a problem whit the third: I can't find it:

Have anybody made a VR mod that passes IC check?

rename those directories to dcs.old or similar. This ensures

This is basic readme advice. How does that help making a mask only version?

Made it work.. testing IK had to enlarge the mask

 

Sorry, I don’t know what that means. Have you made a mask only version that works?

Hi,

my workaround to get IC pass version is to download the latest version of the mod from the first page of this tread and delete all but files, one can find in the version attached.

Never had a problem to log into a server.

The frametime gain is not as the original mod, but still significant as masking works pretty well.
