New official incoming livreries?

on a youtube video (I cant find it anymore) there was a reply from Matt's who said "these are the news sking which we'll bring in the next updates for the F18",

 

I'd like to know if you guys are aware of any new livreries to be released.

What are they?

- NSAWC bort number 33, named as brown splinter

- Standard NSAWC gray

- 2 NAWDC skins in blue and brown, the brown version was painted in February

- VMFAT-101 standard gray and 2 high visibility skins

- VX-31 CoNA

Awesome to hear theres new liveries, hopefully the guys at ED could finish off the US Navy and Marine Corps squadrons

Glad to see someone is still working on liveries. VMFAT-101 is a great addition for training and learning the Hornet at NTTR and hopefully we see VFA-106 added soon as well.

 

Also, hopefully we get the correct white Navy/Marine Corps helmet added to all liveries.

I just wish it was put in the change log when we get new liveries. If I hadn't seen and clicked on this thread, I wouldn't have known they were added at all!

Agreed. Almost 6 months in and we still have the wrong helmet, no CAG birds and no FRS VFA-106. Since most of what we are doing is training and learning the Hornet, I would have imagined VFA-106 would have been one of the very first squadrons included.

Then you need to contact the skin creators and ask them to contact Eagle Dynamics.

Agreed, everyone is aware of the downloadable liveries, but for multiplayer servers or downloadable campaigns they can be a bit of a nightmare. Having enough in the vanilla game is the only way to do it properly without having potential texture issues.

I'd like to see more VMFA skins, like the Black Knights. Someone made a line jet, but it has static bort numbers.
