Chimango Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 (edited) Since the reveal there are screenies that have been posted elsewhere (i.e FB) but not here, so i wanted to compile them for those (out of their minds) who don´t check other sites, and also add others i took from the last video; till the F-14 is out, and we can all share it's beauty. For those in our 40's raised playing flight sims in the 80's when the Tomcat was still active and the main character of the news and our dreams, really appreciate it and has a special taste for sure. Back then your module would've been a sci-fi project, and it's about to become a reality. I've been hoping for it, since these days: Edited November 19, 2018 by Chimango 666GIAP_Chimanov - My Tomcat tribute video, type on youtube browser=> "DCS F-14 Tomcat Symphony"

Flamin_Squirrel Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 I like the AB torching the dumped fuel.
Blinde Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Those afterburners still look like they are only on half thrust, not zone 5.

Wizard_03 Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 I'm excieted to see what the TF-30s AB looks like, IMO it looks much bigger and brighter IRL then then the F110s DCS F/A-18C :sorcerer:

captain_dalan Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 (edited) Those afterburners still look like they are only on half thrust, not zone 5. If memory serves, the F110's don't have afterburning zones. They are more of a "continuous" valve design, so the burner input increase/decrease is gradual. Just need the A/B RWR and ECM blisters. Haven't had the chance to inspect the external model in detail yet. Are you referring to the bellow wing root blisters?
